I ordered for a firm mattress, it was delivered and the delivery guy didn't even wait for me to check before he took off.
Well, the mattress doesn't seem like a firm one to me, I sent an email and I'm yet to get a response. Hopefully, I will get a response soon,as I'm still waiting.
