Delivery was delayed eight hours from the original time of 11am. When the delivery finally showed up at 8:30 pm, I was met with poor customer service. The individual dropped of the box spring with no eye contact and a poor disposition.
When I asked them about paperwork for proof of delivery, I was to like to check my email and also responded with "we don't got no paperwork"
I've never encountered a "home furnishings" company that delivers after 6pm unless it is specified in advanced.
Never again!
