The mattress arrived in a dirty and holey packaging which revealed the mattress with a stain and then another black stain. Your rep tried to give me a discount and suggested I use Lysol. If I buy a brand new Mercedes and it has grease marks, what will they do to help me?

My mattress from Springwall came defective, and is unable to be slept on. I've been going back and forth with customer service and my claim has now been sent in. Problem is I was told ill have to cover the transportation cost of the DEFECTIVE mattress, how is this fair. I won't be purchasing anything else from National Mattress or Springwall again, neither will my relatives, unfortunately a friend already made a purchase from my suggestion this was before I received the mattress, which came in a bag instead of a box like it was listed. I gave 2 stars because the mattress did come on time and customer service did respond to my emails, but at the end of the day mattresses are VERY expensive and I'm being told I have to spend more money and wait weeks for response from Springwall on top of being told ill have to fork out more money for a defective item to be sent back, did I mention me and my toddler have been sleeping on the couch.

Hi this mattress is not good. This mattress remains in sunken position from one side and i have submitted claim for refund.

The mattress I ordered (I should have spent more I suppose) has very little cushioning so it's like laying across a metal army cot. The delivery etc, payment was fine

I had bought similar Sealy mattress 4 years before from national mattress and that worked really well, I was so satisfied with the mattress and the store that I went there again but this time I am not fully satisfied with one of the 2 mattress I purchased. One of them is bit sulking and other one is totally firm and I am using them on the same day bed so kind of unevenness is there. I swapped the two on the bed and now the problem shifted to other side. Not too happy with one of the two galaxy mattress I purchased. So I will give 2.5/5 as am happy with only 1 mattress out of two.

Terrible for my back, sags in the middle, sleeps hot even with all the adjustments. 6'1, 200lbs.

Apologies for delay, its a very soft mattress and I'm getting back pain while using this but my family members(Kids) didn't get any, but not sure for long term I'm not able to use this regularly. on the time of purchase you have covered the mattress with plastic sheet so not able to judge the mattress quality. Thanks for understanding.

I recently bought a mattress with national mattress.After using it for sometime i realised that i need more firmer one. I wanted to exchange but they charge whooping 95$ for the exchange plus the cost for the new mattress. Do not recommend buying if you are not 100% sure that the one you are buying is the right one for you.

I suppose to get 3 mattresses from National Mattress but just got 2 and I got informed only at the time of delivery. I don't have any email/telephone to get confirmation on pending mattress delivery yet after 3-4 days.

i received mattress with stitches came off in places on top. Seally didnt consider it as an issue. I reported the issue within few minutes after reciving it. No resolution just giving false reply saying its excess thread. NM were helpful with an earlier purchase so givng 2 stars else it will be zero star.

My mattress was delivered on last Thursday and I have not had a chance to write a review until now. I was so dissappointed when my mattress was delivered. it was appalling workmanship. Stiches were not sewed properly and cover of the mattress was stitch to correct the alignment. Hope i explain in properly. I ordered Medium - Firm and not medium as it was delivered. I have emailed support and i am hoping to get a refund or replacement of my mattress..

The salespeople failed to inform us that there would be an extra $25 charge to take the mattress down into our basement apartment. The box springs we purchased did not come with legs, that was not mentioned. The store we purchased at was supposed to open at 10 am, did not open until 1025. The mattress is of decent quality for the money spent.

2 out of 5 mostly because the sales team kept assuring me I didn't need a boxframe with this bed frame. The mattress and frame gets delivered, I put it together, place the mattress on the frame and it looks fine. However, it doesn't support a person on the frame because the mattress sinks right through the massive holes. My husband calls to complain and they assure him the frame supports the bed which yes, of course it does, but not a person which is the whole purpose of a bed. They then proceed to say that we may need a flat piece of board instead. So basically the frame "doesn't need a boxframe except that it does". The Salesperson apologized and we went and found 2 free doors to place on the frame instead. Those doors saved our day and worked like a dream ever since.

Well delivery was pretty quick though customer service is atrocious as I was delivered a super twin box spring even though I ordered a regular twin & even though I've tried reaching out multiple times now to customer service, not one representative has ever bothered to get back to me about this mess up...but who cares cuz you've already got my money...
