“Quick delivery. However after removing the packaging from the mattress it is still 2 inches wider than it should be after 3 days”

“One set of 2-piece boxsprings were not delivered. Had to reschedule another delivery. Minimal compensation for the COMPANY'S error.”

“Person at the store taking the order got the street number wrong. I called in to correct the address and it was still wrong on the delivery confirmation. I had to walk down the street to wave down the delivery driver.”

“Delivery does not work at all. The mattress was supposed to come one week ago and still it has not arrived yet. A matress is a thing that needs to come on the specific date so that I can plan where I am going to sleep. The fact that there were that many problems with the deliverly and nobody cares to bring the matress on time shows the poor quality of the company. I would rather pay for the delivery instead of having a "free delivery" that arrives a month later with the mattress. Pick it up if you can, otherwise go with another company.”

“Late delivery by 3 hrs though it was clear during buying of mattress. Henry denied any kind of lending of help or compensation in terms of customer service. Really poor customer service and was not even ready to listen to complain instead told the driver to take my signature and leave from there. Thomas from north york store made the whole situation looked easy and assisted with customer service in an orderly manner. Company should have an internal communication where if one store is responding to one query then ot should be broadcasted to all so that the customer does not runs around in circles.”

“We biught the mattress and it got delivered on time but then there are 2 brownish scratch patches on the edge of the mattress.”

“I purchased based on the 1 -3 day delivery. My order wasn't even prepared until day 3 and it's still waiting to be shipped. I haven't received my purchase yet, but you are asking for a review????? You also claim to have the lowest prices. This is not true. I should have just made my purchase through mattressville.ca as THEY have the lowest price! They just weren't advertising a 1-3 day delivery.”

“Delivery was fast but there is a strong smell/off gassing coming off this item that is causing me to have respiratory issues. It's been happening for a week and won't stop. I'm concerned about my health.”

“My email invoice did not arrive . On my calling the Hamilton store , it was discovered that the clerk made a typo in the address. When the mattress was delivered I found it to be the wrong size . I had wanted a double ,and a queen was delivered . The delivery folks took it back . On checking my invoice I saw that Wayne the clerk had entered QUEEN . I definitely told him I wanted a DOUBLE . This has all been a bit annoying . Please note that the store clerk was continually interrupted by his phone with work-related problems so wasn't concentrating on me.”

“I wasn’t impressed that they wouldn’t ship to my address I order stuff from everywhere and never have any problem getting it here but they wouldn’t ship it I had to end up buying elsewhere and had to pay twice the amount for it which I was trying to save some money because their prices were good”

“Bought a king sized gel foam medium comfort mattress. Mattress is comfortable but the dimensions are off leaving gaps with the bed frame. I doubt it's the bedframe because i tried other mattresses before and they fit nicely.”
