Late delivery by 3 hrs though it was clear during buying of mattress. Henry denied any kind of lending of help or compensation in terms of customer service. Really poor customer service and was not even ready to listen to complain instead told the driver to take my signature and leave from there.
Thomas from north york store made the whole situation looked easy and assisted with customer service in an orderly manner.
Company should have an internal communication where if one store is responding to one query then ot should be broadcasted to all so that the customer does not runs around in circles.
