My email invoice did not arrive . On my calling the Hamilton store , it was discovered that the clerk made a typo in the address.
When the mattress was delivered I found it to be the wrong size . I had wanted a double ,and a queen was delivered . The delivery folks took it back .
On checking my invoice I saw that Wayne the clerk had entered QUEEN . I definitely told him I wanted a DOUBLE .
This has all been a bit annoying . Please note that the store clerk was continually interrupted by his phone with work-related problems so wasn't concentrating on me.
