Didn't have the best experience. Made an order for mattress + pillows. Purchased after which, the pillows ran out of stock, so the Sales agent cancelled the whole order by mistake after they delivered the mattress. They brought a wrong size mattress, which I called to complaint about. The agent didn't tell me that they cancelled the whole order but instead decided to be sneaky. He agreed to bring the correct mattress and collect the wrong one. The delivery guy called me next day saying he had orders to collect the wrong mattress first and then bring the correct one from the car. And he came up to pickup the wrong one , in front of my unit after he took the mattress he gave me the sales agent over the phone to tell me that If I want the correct mattress, i will need to make a new order first while the guy is at my door before he can get the correct one from the car!!! That is a new level of customer service, and I will not be dealing with them again!

Your website stated that you have an express delivery and 1 to 3 days delivery. I waited 7 days to recd my mattress. Wrong size was delivered. I have to wait again another 5 days to get the right size.

Ordered a mattress and box spring. When it was delivered only the box spring arrived. When I reached out to the store, they said that they received notice from the company the day before that it would be delayed. We never received notice!! Had already gotten rid of the old mattress. Was given the email to customer service and told to contact them. I did receive a call the next day saying it would be delivered the following day. The mattress and box spring are comfortable but customer service sucks!

I recently purchased a foam mattress somewhere else and the manufacturer recommended that slats should be less than 3” apart, for this reason I had to buy a boxspring for my king size bed. We didn’t want to add any extra height to our bed, so we decided to buy the 2” boxspring. The website does not say how many inches the slats are apart on this boxspring as they claim they are made by different manufacturers. We picked it up and when we arrived home we opened the plastic so we could feel the slats. The split king size boxspring were in the same bag with the tops facing each other. We realized the slats are too far apart and can’t use it. We called the same night and they told us because we opened the bag, this cannot be returned. We didn’t even take it out of the bag. Just read their return policy before you buy anything because their policy is not flexible at all.

Hey Kristina, after speaking with you it turns out that you didn’t add a mattress protector to your purchase, and your delivery email ended up in your junk mail. We’re glad we could clear up the confusion.

Read the warranty and refund or exchange policy carefully, all the manufactures of the mattress's offer 100% money back if your not happy with the mattress , this company makes you pay $94 to make an exchange , and you have to pay the shipping for the old and new. If your smart, you would by the mattress direst from its manufacture.

The delivery guys are nice. However, the mattress that we got has no free waterproof cover. It's confusing that when we ordered the mattress, the website said it applied to a free waterproof cover on top of the discount ($30). And even on the receipt, it says that clearly. After calling to the customer service, they still can't admit that the website has some flaws and blame on customers,which is not acceptable at all. Also, the mattress that we have got has black stain on the top.

Delivery was delayed for 1 week because I missed a call from customer service. No voicemail or email was sent to notify me that they have reached out to me. If I didn't follow up through phone call after 4 days, they wouldn't have captured it and scheduled a delivery.

Went into the store for very first time. Bought two king size mattresses. In return got very poor customer service. Received my order on time. However, the product is damaged. Not satisfied. Called them on a very next day. However, no one has received the call. Called in today also but no response.
