“This is the first time getting a mattress in a box. I have mixed feelings, it was easy cause I could pick it up and bring it home in my SUV. I got a double size for a 3 year old as her first big girl bed. But to my husband and I it feels like a glorified air mattress. We are still contemplating exchanging it. You can feel the springs in the mattress and it just doesn't seem to compare to traditional mattress in my opinion.”

“the platform base I purchased was not as sturdy and it squeaks when i move on bed. Unfortunately the Return Policy does not specify for a base if you can return or not. I regreted to purchase this one. Without centee legs it is not sturdy at all. What a waste of money:(”

“I would have liked to had some guidance in choosing a mattress rather than trying out and seeing what is comfortable. I am now experiencing that the firmness of a mattress feels different from being on a box spring to being on a wood platform.”

“Deluvery was good, on time. Mattress is good, but only complaint is website said it is 8inches in Height. But it is actually 6 inches. I wish they give correct info, because we are buying based on the description given on the website, not physically checking the mattress.”

“Here is my take on your company. There are so many N.M. ads flying at you online that I couldn't figure out how to find and order the box spring I had originally chosen. I had to call the store to find out how because they don't take phone orders. Your delivery guys and the tracking service was exceptional and the timing perfect, although I had to call my two Sons away from work to help bring it up to the 10th floow and into my condo from the main floor, evey though I paid $45 for delivery! Speaking of delivery charge, in was included in the $180 I paid through Paypal and charged again through Paypal as well. So I called your so called "Support" at the 800 #.and I have to say I ended up blowing my stack at "Frick and Frack". Frick wasn't so bad, but wasn't very helpful, but he eventually after asking lots of questions put me on to "Frack" who asked all the same questions again, including an extra: what time of day was the extra charged? So they apparently couldn't help and suggest that I "go on line". I reminded Frack that they were supposted to be the "Support" clustomers are directed to, so why would they through the ball back into my court? Anyway, I am waiting for a call from someone on Monday. (well, you asked for a review!)”

“Their prices are good and their selection is good (when they have inventory). What needs improvement is answering the telephone and keeping more than one or two in stock. I was shopping for bunk bed mattresses and was challenged getting what I wanted. I will say that Peter at the North York Store was did his very best to help me. He was knowlegable and friendly and wantd to help. In the end, I made the purchase and am happy. I will go back again.”

“Eden was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and to the point as we were very pressed for time and needed to make an urgent purchase with a limited budget. His explanations allowed us to make the right purchase selecting a full bed that was packed in a box as we only had a car to bring the mattress home. Way to go Eden! Keep it up!”

“Shipping took longer than expected. Was told it would get picked up from the warehouse either Friday or Monday. It didn't get shipped until Thursday. Shipping was fast once itbwas picked up by shipping company. Otherwise products were as expected and communication was fair.”

“I have given 3 stars here because there was no issues with the mattress however the delivery service was poor. Unfortunately on the delivery date my husband got Gout attack and he could not help me to carry mattress from my building lobby to my apartment. I requested delivery guys and offered them to pay delivery fee as well to help me but they refused on my face and left after putting the mattress in the lobby.”
