The sales person speaks too fast like he is trying to kick us out. Even after we try to tell him we don't understand him. We paid $ 35 to have the service carrying the mattress on top of the bedframe, for some reasons the person told me to sign it and he just got away void doing his job. The mattress cannot be appointed at the time you wanted it.

Ordered a box spring online and given an estimated date of Oct. 7th as that is when deliveries are made to Niagara Falls. Advised by GoBolt earliest delivery date was Oct. 14th. If I had know I had to wait a week I would not have ordered the box spring - no white service involved. Had my son, who came from out of town, to flip the kingsize mattress based on the estimated delivery date. Currently sleeping conditons not the greatest with my mattress leaning against the bedroom wall. Very disappointed on the co-ordination between ordering and delivery.

I got an extra firm foam mattress. This is harder than I expected. It's like lying on bare floor.

The price was right, however, I was disappointed that no one offered to help, even when I asked questions. (when I arrived, I asked at the desk which aisle were the cheaper matresses, she told me the first aisle on the left, but it was actually one more over) It took a while before someone did help us. We did not get it delivered, we loaded it ourselves

The service at the store was good, they explained to us about the different mattress and styles, also to test each one for about 10 minutes. No one talked to us about the return or exchange of the mattress if we did not like it. After ready on line about the 15 days to test and removing plastic or not is very confusing, we did buy the mattress protectors, so I hope it all works out at the end. Right now day 8 and still getting used to the film mattress. Delivery was amazing got a call on time and very professional when arriving and delivering upstairs.

I have purchased mattress from here 3 time now. Both of first times mattress were good and no complaints. Third time I ordered 2 twin matresses. Unfortunately I ordered wrong one, my mistake was I opened it. I called the store, that I want to to exchange it, he said email support, but also passed a side comment that my mistake is I didn’t come to store to choose mattress and ordered online. I told him I had ordered mattress online before, and ordered same one in twin instead of queen, only difference was the ones I ordered in the past were flippable and twin were not. Well I am working with support to find best resolution.

The mattress is good, but when they delivered it to me, I noticed that it has scratches on two corners.

Purchasing was easy and pickup was no problem. The mattress I purchased was great for my toddler transitioning into a big kid bed. One and only complaint is that I am still waiting to get a refund for the delivery fee I paid. I called the store several times and they say they will refund me the delivery fee immediately (according to manager/ supervisor) and it’s been a week since I picked up and 2 weeks since I ordered. I emailed asking them to give me a time frame of when to expect the refund (e.i. 2-3 business days) but haven’t heard back.

Products are good, however the delivery experience needs to be improved. I got the delivery confirmation email from “Peter”, but the delivery never happened until I called the customer service, they did not give a reasonable explanation either but reschedule the next day delivery.

Store staff Arnold W is friendly and helpful. But the delivery staff are so cold and unhelpful. On delivery day, the delivery staff just dumped the 2 mattresses into the service elevator , then left. Saying that the customer need to pay extra for delivery up to my condo unit on 3/F. I, a senior citizen, was stranded in the elevator without help. My order clearly indicated my condo unit on 3/F and the delivery staff ignored it.

The Mattress is great and the delivery was good. Communication wasn't great. Once I placed the order and received an email to the effect I didn't receive any further Communication. The day before I was expecting to receive the mattress I had to call the company to check if I was indeed receiving it. Ì was but I should have received some kind of Communication. The gentleman send me an email after the phone call. I shouldn't have had to call. There should be better communication on Nationals behalf.

The mattress and accessories I ordered are okay and great value. However, I found the customer service and checkout experience very frustrating. There is no option on the checkout to apply a different billing address to delivery address so the payment was rejected and I lost the original mattress I wanted to purchase. When calling their customer services team to check, there was no way to update the billing address with them, the line was terrible and they suggested I go into store, which would be at least a 2 hour journey each way for me. Pleased I finally got the delivery though as it couldn't be beaten on cost and next day delivery was great!

Chose two possible mattresses and they weren’t in stock. Neither was the mattress protector or the Egyptian cotton sheets. Anyway l was set to pay and discovered my account didn’t have the money l thought it had. Oh well. Hopefully I will fix that soon.
