The price was right and the customer service online was fast via email. Disappointed during drop off. I was 5 minutes away from my home and they left the boxspring laying up against my garage instead of waiting till I got there. I understand they have a schedule they need to keep, but they should have waited to at least bring the boxsprings inside. They were also rude on the phone.
