Overall, this was a decent mattress-buying experience, although some things could have been better. The mattress itself is great and came at a nice price. But the customer experience and communication could certainly have been a bit better. Initially, we were quite frustrated with the delivery process, as they didn't curb our old mattress and forgot to deliver the protector. However, they did come back the same day with the protector and refunded us for not curbing our existing mattress.
