national mattress outlet met my needs, and i knew what to expect. Its an outlet. so no fancy showroom, etc. they have a few options of various price ranges for some top rated brands. Price beat other places i checked on line before, and that was my #1 thing. the sales rep explained the layout and let us go about our business and when we needed help, he did and was quite knowledgable of the items we asked about. we made our purchase and free shipping was arranged for a week later.
