I am not happy with the mattress, I have to follow your regulations to sleep on the mattress for 2 weeks, and I'm not sure if I can exchange the mattress,( I was told that I have to give a good reason for exchange) and it depends on the person who works at your company. It's weird rules, anyway I will not deal with your business.
I am a senior citizen, I saved the money to buy a mattress, and I have a bad back problem. Now I have to use the mattress that I purchased for the next few years until I can buy a new one by the time I die.
