“I ordered a mattress and boxspring online. The process was easy and it came quickly in a couple of days. Unfortunately, when I put it together it was too high for me. I am a senior and didn't want to have to use a stool to get on my bed. Because I had taken the plastic off my boxspring they wouldn't let me do an exchange for a low-profile boxspring, I had to order and pay for another one plus shipping.”

“Came earlier than expected (great!). Delivery person just knocked on the door, left the mattress. Didn't even wait for me to open the door to receive it, and I was standing a few feet from the door at the time... Daughter likes the mattress and it seems comfortable when laying down. Feels a bit softer than anticipated (it's rated a medium firmness). I sink off the edge when I sit next to her. Overall, no issues though.”

“Purchased a mattress, but it arrived rolled up. Since the mattress was rolled up, the corners are all out of shape. I gave a two days, still the same. Hopefully, it's not a manufacturing issue.”

“With current set up. It is hard to try mattresses and customer service was good but as I did not receive my mattress and base it is not easy to give feed back yet”

“The price seems to be lower than normal retail price. However the delivery day was postponed unexpectedly and it is a bit disappointing. 3 stars for the price.”

“We buy the mattress from the store. It is good that we can try on every mattress. That make us easier to decide what we want. Some of the staffs are friendly and they are patient in introducing the mattress. But some of the staffs are quite impatient and they speak very fast, espeically the staff who help us to check out. He seems in rush and he did not let us to reconfirm anything.”

“It’s so sad to say that I purchased a National mattress at the store but they sent me a box spring with a big hole in the centre. They covered it with the mattress so u don’t see it but my bed frame was making squeaky noise last night and I decided to put some oil on the nuts and bolts and that’s how I saw the hole in the box spring. No honesty to their loyal customers. Bad experience with this company”

“Lots of selection but it was weird when we phoned they said oh yeah we have lots of selection you can take one home right away. We get to the store and we’re told oh our computers have been down all day. Why not tell me this on the phone, before the drive.”

“I bought Mattresses from National Mattress in the past in person and overall I was satisfied with my purchase. This is the first time I ordered a mattress and a spring Box online and the experience was not good. I received a response to my email but was surprised to read the exchange policy that all new purchases and mattresses must be exchanged in their original packaging and a $95 exchange fee will apply. How could a person try the mattress with the original packing (though I have the outer plastic) and the exchange fee is high?”

“The price was great for the product. However, I am not happy with the product as the Medium Gel Memoryfoam feels like it is a firm one. I am not sure if they gave me the wrong product because neither the invoice or the label states if it is indeed a medium or a firm mattress. The sales guy at the showroom simply says it is medium and over time it will soften. I find it hard to sleep on. I have to check this further before purchasing a second mattress from them. It's a pity because the price and warranty are great.”

“We have ordered a king mattress , bed frame and 4 pillows. On the delivery date was not there at home and they kept the delivery well. However the 2 pillows were missing. I tried to follow up multiple times to get those missing ones. I was just instructed to check the package again and again. Though the pillow cost is less the customer who makes the order it’s significant. I don’t expect any supplier to ignore the missing items enquiry”

“Happy of service based on outlets and low prices 😊😊 Only on delivery 🚚 times which is almost might takes a day.Driver can mangoes to call one or two hours before delivery. I work close to home 🏡 in 15 minutes”
