I ordered a mattress and boxspring online. The process was easy and it came quickly in a couple of days. Unfortunately, when I put it together it was too high for me. I am a senior and didn't want to have to use a stool to get on my bed. Because I had taken the plastic off my boxspring they wouldn't let me do an exchange for a low-profile boxspring, I had to order and pay for another one plus shipping.
