The mattress is good I feel and seems to be more flexible and I was looking for more firm. The delivery time promised was prompt.

Bought 3 mattresses. 2 are great, 1 is a huge disappointment. Customer service agent was kind, but the service was not the best; ultimately, they couldn't help make things right.

The buying experience at national mattress was very good. The salesmen did his best to inform us on all options while giving us space to make a decision. Unfortunately, the delivery was awful. I was told that the driver would give a 15-minute heads-up. I was called 5 minutes before and told if I wasn't there then it would be rescheduled. On top of this, the delivery driver was very rude.

I found there is not a lot of staff in the store but they are very helpful. When you have questions, they are willing to help and explain but of course not very details. But frustrated on the delivery time. It was scheduled to deliver in the afternoon, so we arrange someone to be home in the afternoon. But end up got a call from the driver around 9 am said they will arrived in 5 mins. It gave us a hassle to arrange someone to be home immediately and the driver said they will only wait for 10 mins. Very frustrated and upset.

The support team have been great. I somehow added the wrong item to my online order. A simple email got it fixed the same day. I then had to change the delivery date the day before it was scheduled for and a 30-second call took care of that. One of the bags was open. Used item? Showroom floor item? The black material that attaches to the bottom of a box spring had come off on one side. Not great. Delivery worked out in the end, but a little more warning ahead of actual arrival would've been helpful as it takes a bit to secure the elevator and get the loading deck prepped in a condo. Also, the mattress cover (free as part of a promotion) that was part of my order wasn't dropped off. I, unfortunately, didn't realize until after the driver had left.

I was about to give 5 stars but giving 3 because the guy who was helping us failed to mention the exclusive offer that if we purchased a mattress worth more than $250 we get a free mattress protector. I had to go back to ask for a protector. Otherwise the sale went smoothly.

Overall I was pleased with the online process. I am however, still waiting for the product to arrive. I placed the order because I saw that they promoted 1-3 shipping. I placed the order 4 days ago and the item is still waiting to be picked up by the shipping company. I am sure this is at the fault of the shipping company but if you promote the shipping parameters, this falls on you as well.

The delivery was good but they forgot to take my old stuff out. So I called customer service. The guy on the phone said they would refund 20 to my card which I paid 45 for. But I want the men to come back and my old stuff to the curb which they did 30 mins later

I purchased an ‘extra firm’ mattress as soon did i make the payment the shop representative told me that there is an exchange fee of $95. I am not happy with how and when it was told to me, as i did come in yesterday evening and i clearly mentioned to the same sales representative that the mattress is for my parents and there could be a possibility i may have to exchange the mattress with ‘firm’. The sales representative immediately apologized saying he totally forgot to mention yesterday and today (only until i paid). I even spoke to the store manager over the phone (Mr. Arnold) who too was not at all empathetic and kept on emphasizing that he can cancel the order and refund the money. Two things here: there is a clear failure to communicate the exchange fees (even after i mentioned that there could be a possibility i may have to exchange). Second, refunding is not a suitable option for a mistake from the sales representative, it is more hassle of looking and getting another mattress elsewhere. Further, the store manager mentioned that the $95 exchange fees is on the reading board. I am attaching a video of how the exchange fees policy is placed on the back of the reading board which is not visible to the customer - how is this ethical?

Mattress was a bit too firm for my liking but fine for a guest bedroom. Delivery went well and was easy.

I thought mattress will be very firm as it states, I even visited Mississauga store and checked then ordered it, at store, it was very firm, I received mattress, I think it is not that firm, when I sleep on it, It sinks slightly,when I sit on it, it sinks even more, I donot think ,it is very firm

I was pleased with the help in placing the order. The delivery was problematic as the assistant to the driver was not helpful after showing up 2 hours late for the delivery. The Driver Mr Ramroop was very polite and saved the day, as he volunteered to correct the order and assisted in delivering the mattress to my apartment. This was greatly appreciated as my assistance for bringing it up to my apartment had already left after being delayed waiting for the delivery. Thank you Mr Ramroop and I hope your employers appreciate your efforts to keep the Company flag flying. Thank you. Regards James

No issue with the product or the delivery guys delivering it. But 3 star just because of the delivery time. My condo has a strict no delivery after 5pm policy (and I am not the only one in Toronto) and the delivery was scheduled for 7pm. I had to run around to get an exception but that's like a one off thing and I had to go through conversations that I really didn't want to have. I understand the whole optimized route planning and unable to put a particular address up the order on a given day, but had I known this that there is even a possibility of a late evening delivery I wouldn't have placed my order. So please make it explicit atleast that your delivery run on a given day can go from 8am to 9pm or whatever so that people like me don't suffer. There are other alternatives, esp in Toronto, that can guarantee a day time 3-4 hour slot.

Great selection of mattresses and reasonable pricing. Staff were helpful and not pushy. However, we bought a single size mattress when we unpacked it, instead of 75” long as indicated in its description, it’s only at about 73” leaving a gap at the end of the bed.

I got my stuffs on Friday. But unfortunately I found there was a stain on the new pillow and I was told that it is filled by micro fiber & down like polyester when I decided to buy on your website. But I didn't feel there was any down in the pillow. The second question that you show me on your website that the matress should be packed in a carton box, but it was only packed in a plastic bag. So please let me how to deal with the issue. Thank you very much for your attention. Jeanette zhao
