I was pleased with the help in placing the order. The delivery was problematic as the assistant to the driver was not helpful after showing up 2 hours late for the delivery. The Driver Mr Ramroop was very polite and saved the day, as he volunteered to correct the order and assisted in delivering the mattress to my apartment. This was greatly appreciated as my assistance for bringing it up to my apartment had already left after being delayed waiting for the delivery.
