I got my stuffs on Friday. But unfortunately I found there was a stain on the new pillow and I was told that it is filled by micro fiber & down like polyester when I decided to buy on your website. But I didn't feel there was any down in the pillow. The second question that you show me on your website that the matress should be packed in a carton box, but it was only packed in a plastic bag.
So please let me how to deal with the issue.
