We ordered a boxspring online as the website and order details / confirmation stated we would be called to arrange the delivery window to suit. Instead we were simply sent tracking information with a pre-determined delivery date that was later than the online estimate (needed to be available all day). Upon calling we were told they no longer arrange delivery times due to volume of orders, and that this is reflected online (it's not). We switched to pick-up instead and the store itself was great, as is the mattress.

Ordered the mattress for delivery, incorrect product delivered. Called to get situation corrected (completed same day by luck). Mattress was thinner than expected but comfortable. Hopefully it will be good quality and last.

Dissatisfied. The mattress is bad. I have been using it for 1 month and its surface has already wrinkled

I wish I could write a stunning review however that's not the case. At first I was very pleased with the beginning of my purchase. Ordering online was very quick and effortless. I spoke to a representative who was helpful on the phone as I had to cancel the delivery to pick up in person. The day my husband and I picked up we just about wiped out just trying to get up the stairs ( ice at the bottom of stairs, ice all over the stairs and ice at the entrance) We barely made it in without injury. We enter the store and know one is on the main floor. We head in to the warehouse AND still knowone in sight. We walked around the warehouse and the only other people present were another family. We head back to the front of store and stand there a good 5min without a store rep present. FINALLY after 10 min being in the store a employee shows up to help us. No hello, no interaction with us. I tell him we are here to pick up our queen split boxspring. He tells us to head to the back of the building and he will bring it out. No thank you for shopping here, no smile, not a care in the world. I informed him about the death trap of ice outside and he said " I will take care of it in a bit" absolutely a icy lawsuit waiting to happen. Am I happy with my new boxspring however I'm super disappointed with our experience. As someone who has a hip replacement I'm even more upset that I almost broke a hip just trying to enter the store. After spending that kind of money a smile and hello would have made all the difference.

good product and prices, but do your research because they have disinterested sellers. Also, the delivery process is cumbersome, they only let you know the day the truck is coming, not even the approximate time, which makes scheduling elevators a problem

The mattress was delivered as promised in a couple of days. however, it’s too hard and I couldn’t sleep all night. I understand that I ordered the ortho one which is harder than I have thought, but, I cannot return it even though I haven’t opened it and it’s still packed. The only option I was given was to exchange if it’s still packed but what’s the point of exchanging if I have to pay over 100 dollars for it plus buy the alternative expansive mattress.

Customers may be greeted more warmly. Customers who do not have enough knowledge about mattress should be briefed about mattress with foam and coils. Difference between single pocket coils and/or continuous coils. Sale person should be more welcoming with a smiling face rather than demonstrating a dry attitude.

National is a great place to Purchase a Mattress, Huge, Great selection. We were Able to purchase a really nice mattress at a very good price. The people at the warehouse were knowledgeable and very helpful. They deserve 5 Stars The Delivery people were just awful. Uncommunicative, Unhelpful, refused to help. We paid for it to be brought to our apartment, they did but put in the room on its side and wrong way around and refused to help make it right. Then the removal was a challenge for them to put it in the removal area at our building. They turned a great purchasing experience, into a really miserable time for two 80 year olds.

Hi, I am happy about the mattress I bought but the box spring was in a bad condition when I opened the plastic, a part was torn up and one plastic part was broken. I was so tired and had just moved in my apartment that I could not return it and wait for a new one again, I was disappointed about national mattress unfortunately.

Would have given 5 stars, but the website said the selected mattress is in stock. Turns out it's backordered by about 10 days. Just this inconvenience, rest you can trust them and the product is absolutely amazing.
