I wish I could write a stunning review however that's not the case. At first I was very pleased with the beginning of my purchase. Ordering online was very quick and effortless. I spoke to a representative who was helpful on the phone as I had to cancel the delivery to pick up in person. The day my husband and I picked up we just about wiped out just trying to get up the stairs ( ice at the bottom of stairs, ice all over the stairs and ice at the entrance) We barely made it in without injury. We enter the store and know one is on the main floor. We head in to the warehouse AND still knowone in sight. We walked around the warehouse and the only other people present were another family. We head back to the front of store and stand there a good 5min without a store rep present. FINALLY after 10 min being in the store a employee shows up to help us. No hello, no interaction with us. I tell him we are here to pick up our queen split boxspring. He tells us to head to the back of the building and he will bring it out. No thank you for shopping here, no smile, not a care in the world. I informed him about the death trap of ice outside and he said " I will take care of it in a bit" absolutely a icy lawsuit waiting to happen. Am I happy with my new boxspring however I'm super disappointed with our experience. As someone who has a hip replacement I'm even more upset that I almost broke a hip just trying to enter the store. After spending that kind of money a smile and hello would have made all the difference.
