We ordered a boxspring online as the website and order details / confirmation stated we would be called to arrange the delivery window to suit. Instead we were simply sent tracking information with a pre-determined delivery date that was later than the online estimate (needed to be available all day). Upon calling we were told they no longer arrange delivery times due to volume of orders, and that this is reflected online (it's not).
We switched to pick-up instead and the store itself was great, as is the mattress.
