Delivered the mattress (Galaxy 5) wrong choice on-line, unprotected. Then the tracking system was wrong, and Returned from the same day policy, 5 days later (No Bed) and I had to make other arrangements. Redelivered with Scorching Heat Especially the Driver/Delivery guy, Unprotected! What else can I say!

I buy two mattresses one Extra firm but i feels one hard one soft then another one

They forgot the mattress first time around but, the product is good. took 3 weeks to get it and organize delivery.

I wasn’t impressed with the online order, after I placed my order, for delivery I received an email a couple of days later saying that my box springs would be delayed 2-3 weeks and that national mattress will advise me when they arrive. this was fine I can accept that, so I waited 3 and a half weeks and still nothing, so I called and told me that they where ready for pickup. I told them that they are supposed to be delivered. Then they said did I receive a email telling me the where in , I told them no , I did not receive any email, they said ok they will deliver them but another week I had to wait . Not impressed at all.

Unfortunately I'm not happy with the mattress because I have bought Medium but I think I had to buy Firm, I have lower back pain and Mediumattre it didn't work for me by the way when my husband moving in the bed I wake up everytime the bed is shaking I'm totally disappointed with that wish I change..

Once the mattress was eventually delivered, everything was fine. Unfortunately had an issue where the delivery guys didn't knock on the door on delivery day and must have assumed that since their phone call wasn't immediately answered that we weren't home. Had to wait an additional two days for delivery as a result.

The mattress is okay but the pickup was a nightmare. I was sent and email saying it was ready to be picked up I had to go 3 times until it was actually a the warehouse. They kept telling me it was ready but when I got there was told a couple of times that the guy would be there in an hour or two. Very frustrating

I ordered the SPRINGWALL Pocket Coil Euro Top Mattress Queen The mattress has relieved some of the back pain that I was experiencing with my previous mattress. I am a side sleeper and specifically ordered this mattress that was meant for those who sleep on their side but it is not as soft as described and painful to my arms and shoulders when sleeping on my side. It is more firm than I would like

It has been 2 days with no update on when I can pick up the split box spring and no update on the refund for the low profile box spring waiting to be picked up.

Website was easy to use, great prices, good quality products, but customer service was unavailable to answer phone inquiries during business hours. Attendant at pick up was not wearing a mask.

The delivery was perfect, however the in-store service was very bad. The salesman was rude and didn't feel comfortable at store.
