“Would have given 5 stars, but the website said the selected mattress is in stock. Turns out it's backordered by about 10 days. Just this inconvenience, rest you can trust them and the product is absolutely amazing.”

“I was told a specific delivery date a week in advance. I arranged for someone to help me carry the box spring and mattress on that day. The evening before at 4:30 I received an email telling me that the date had been changed to a full week later. I called and their reason was that they didn't have my mattress in stock. They didn't know this until the day before the scheduled delivery date?? They moved the delivery date up a few days when I voiced my displeasure. They also tell you that the delivery truck driver will call 15 minutes before arriving. That didn't happen. Having said this the mattress is good and it was reasonably priced. They just need to fine-tune their delivery process.”

“Mattress price was reasonable but the delivery was very bad. Instead of the scheduled time 11am it was delivered with too much delay at 9 pm when any moving in the building is forbidden. and they left the mattress in the lobby without any help to put it in the elevator and it compelled me to move it by myself at that late time.”

“Scheduling Delivery of the mattress was perfectly done. But delivery person was too rude and informed that he could only deliver till the parking door not even inside and I had request him to bring atleast inside lobby. I was alone and couldn’t move the mattress myself. He just dropped near lobby door and left. Not even considerate to place it in a safe place not disturbing the walkway.”

“The price is good. It is better if the company could send a proper sale price rather than only sale order. It is better if the company could arrange delivery date consistent with its delivery date mentioned in the website.”

“Wrong web description. Its only 8 inch depth but ad says 10”

“My mattress was out of stock when I ordered it. They said they would call me in about a week when it gets there. No one ever called me. I called them almost 3 weeks later and they said it was ready. Very low quality mattress that costs almost double compared to other places. The way the fabric is designed makes it look like a pillow top but it’s actually not. You can feel the springs all the way to the top.”

“I specifically purchased as they offered free express delivery in 1 to 3 days, however I did not receive my mattress for 6 days....unfortunately you do not find that out until after the purchase was made. Additionally the mattress I received had been previously opened and National Mattress will not accept a return on an opened item...they basicaĺly delivered something I could not return!”

“First month it was good and comfortable than i realized the mattress has defects, send all pics to related departments to have it exchanged asap as its not comfortable any more, b I spent $700 but still didnt get good service from you. Please have it exchanged asap.”
