I was told a specific delivery date a week in advance. I arranged for someone to help me carry the box spring and mattress on that day. The evening before at 4:30 I received an email telling me that the date had been changed to a full week later. I called and their reason was that they didn't have my mattress in stock. They didn't know this until the day before the scheduled delivery date?? They moved the delivery date up a few days when I voiced my displeasure. They also tell you that the delivery truck driver will call 15 minutes before arriving. That didn't happen. Having said this the mattress is good and it was reasonably priced. They just need to fine-tune their delivery process.
