I bought Mattresses from National Mattress in the past in person and overall I was satisfied with my purchase. This is the first time I ordered a mattress and a spring Box online and the experience was not good. I received a response to my email but was surprised to read the exchange policy that all new purchases and mattresses must be exchanged in their original packaging and a $95 exchange fee will apply. How could a person try the mattress with the original packing (though I have the outer plastic) and the exchange fee is high?
