The price was great for the product. However, I am not happy with the product as the Medium Gel Memoryfoam feels like it is a firm one. I am not sure if they gave me the wrong product because neither the invoice or the label states if it is indeed a medium or a firm mattress. The sales guy at the showroom simply says it is medium and over time it will soften. I find it hard to sleep on. I have to check this further before purchasing a second mattress from them. It's a pity because the price and warranty are great.
