We have ordered a king mattress , bed frame and 4 pillows. On the delivery date was not there at home and they kept the delivery well. However the 2 pillows were missing. I tried to follow up multiple times to get those missing ones. I was just instructed to check the package again and again. Though the pillow cost is less the customer who makes the order it’s significant. I don’t expect any supplier to ignore the missing items enquiry
