Came earlier than expected (great!). Delivery person just knocked on the door, left the mattress. Didn't even wait for me to open the door to receive it, and I was standing a few feet from the door at the time...
Daughter likes the mattress and it seems comfortable when laying down. Feels a bit softer than anticipated (it's rated a medium firmness). I sink off the edge when I sit next to her.
Overall, no issues though.
