My experience was hell. My delivery instructions was not followed. I would never recommend this place to buy anything. Very unprofessional. That’s my honest opinion.

It's been more than five days since my mattress has been picked up, but it has not arrive yet.

They delivered the wrong mattress to me. I had ordered and paid for the Tempur Pedic ProAlgin in Firm and they delivered to me the Align in Firm which is inferior to what I had ordered and paid for. Add to that the delivery person was very rude. One of them had taken out the boxspring out of the box and was dragging it along the concrete with only it's plastic covering. When I asked to inspect the lead delivery guy got upset at me and gave me a hard time. The lead delivery guy also refused to haul out the old mattress and box spring even though it was written in the contract. When I showed the contract to one of the delivery guys he was ready to do it bu the lead delivery guy talked him out of it. All he did was complain about the traffic and how many he had to delivery and just got out of there as quick as he can. The delivery people also conveniently positioned the mattress so that the lettering was against the headboard and hidden. I have called the store and have wriiten to National Mattress Support informing them that they delivered to me the wrong and inferior mattress than what I had ordered and paid for. I will update this review and see what they do when they call me back on what they're going to do with delivering me a lower end model of the mattress I had ordered and paid for.

The delivery service was rubbish and don't buy mattress from National Mattress. We took a leave to wait the mattress and kept seeing the update from National Mattress. The driver didn't call but reported the order was unable to delivery which we were at home to wait them. Then the delivery had to reschedule to another day!!!!

I ordered a mattress on Monday August 21st, which showed online as being in stock so I was expecting it to be delivered within the Free 1 - 3 day delivery time frame as advertised on your website. It should have arrived today. So you can imagine my dismay when I initiated a chat on your site, to find out that my mattress was not scheduled for delivery because they did not have it in stock in Toronto. They only had one mattress in Barrie and that driver was on vacation! Your customer service rep on the chat "Noel" said that because the driver was on vacation, there was no way I could get the mattress delivered on time and he did not know when it could be delivered! No one called me to inform me that my mattress would not be delivered today - this is unacceptable. I had already hired someone to remove some things along with my old mattress. Had I not followed up - I would have been stuck without a mattress! I have very bad back issues and am recovering from hip surgery - I can't sleep without a mattress! After 40 minutes on the chat with Noel - I came up with the solution. I said that I would wait for the new mattress (and not cancel my order) as long as he changed my delivery from in-house to in-house and removal. He said that he would put a note on the file to indicate the change at no extra cost to me. At the end of the chat, I still had no idea when my mattress was being delivered so I fired off an email to support and copied Rafal Kieliszek. Within an hour I received a phone call from the store with a delivery date of a week later. This was very poor customer service. P.s. The delivery guy had not received a note that my old mattress needed to be removed. Thank goodness he did it for me anyway.

Mattress is not nearly as firm as tried in store. We’re not sure it’s the same one. It gives us serious back pain. We’re going for an exchange

I had ordered my mattress a couple weeks ago. I was informed the delivery would be made on a certain date and time for which I ensure I am present at the location. I received tma notification on the day of mentioning the delivery was missed!!! I never got a call or any sort of correspondence from the driver. When I called the helpline I was told I'd need to reschedule and that they driver can't come back...I mean how in the world is it my fault if your driver didn't call or reach out to me and ALSO reached before time. I was asked to submit a review so here it is! P.S. hopefully I'll get my mattress soon and this time without any drama!

Although we got there in the end…I purchased a mattress online ready for pickup. The next day I received the pickup confirmation and sales slip. I received a call from the store saying it’s ready. I organised to get a truck and friends to help as we were outside the delivery zone. I had fired off an email to support team to see if they would deliver as we were only in Elora - just a 15 - 20min from Kitchener location. I then received approval that they would deliver! Great news…except the next day when I am supposed to get it they called and said the item was actually oversold and someone else had allegedly bought it in person the day before I bought it online the next day…so they no longer could sell it to me…i was then told it was the last one and now will have to buy the new model as the one I wanted was discontinued. THEN you’d think they would price match the new model but they wouldn’t. Two days later of fighting back and forth they countered with a wholesale pricing except that price is still higher than what I had initially paid for the item I wanted. So we proceed ahead. They tell me to call in the order over the phone to get the wholesale pricing. I call in. The associate says I cannot take payments over the phone. You need to order something online and then we can reimburse you the difference…although we got there in the end and the people themselves were kind and nice, the whole business operation is a nightmare and zero customer service appreciation especially when it was THEIR fault. Just nonsense.

I went into the store in Markham to purchase a mattress and frame. I told the sales person I wanted the $150 frame (they have $100, $150 or $200). I took the frame so we could set it up before the mattress arrived. They email you your receipt so it wasn't until I open the bed frame that I found I had the wrong frame. I looked at the email receipt and it was the $100 frame. I contacted customer service and was told since it was opened they would not do an exchange. That I was charged correctly and I should just use the one I got...What kind of customer service is that? Very disappointed.

How can I give a review when the mattress has not been shipped yet. What do you want to know? I did phone and was informed that you have not found a carrier. We get deliveries from DHL / UPS / Purolator / Gardewine.

Failed to deliver my mattress on the day I came back to the city. I paid $100 in Ubers trying to pick up my mattress so I would not have to sleep on the floor- all because I “didn’t have a doorbell”. My roommate was home at the time to accept the delivery, but they didn’t even leave me a call to consult me about it.

I placed my order with them because they state their delivery is fast. My mattress was supposed to be delivered on July 26th, but it's still not delivered yet. (They use Canpar for shipping, which is one of the worst couriers in Canada.) I sent them an email, and they didn't even try to contact Canpar(courier) but asked me to call the courier myself. Today, the courier was supposed to deliver my package, but they failed with the status "UNABLE TO LOCATE CONSIGNEE". I have to contact the courier and figured out that National Mattress didn't give them my unit number (Which I provided to National Mattress when placing my order), and the delivery driver refused to make a phone call when attempting the delivery. Now I am just waiting and don't know when will my mattress be delivered.

Product arrived and it is both damaged and not even the brand that was purchased. Ive sent an email to support requesting a refund and have not heard back yet - currently at the end of the next business day. I will update post once issue is handled. As of now, my advice would be to avoid this company. It's not even much cheaper than direct from manufacturers. Definitely not worth the hassle. Same review going on Google now.

The customer service in that store is really poor, looks like the guy in front desk doesn't like his job neither people. He only allowed few words, spoke too fast and was difficult to understand where matters were. When I requested more information he makes me feel uncomfortable and was difficult to have advise for taking the best option. I don't understand that company has that kind of employees.

Horrible experience. Ordered a "firm" mattress online only to receive a mattress completely different from what was advertised. After suffering with back pain due to a horrible mattress for 15 days so we could use their "Comfort guarantee" exchange, they tell me we need to go in person to an outlet and pay a $95 exchange fee + price difference. What kind of guarantee requires you to pay almost $100 to claim? Oh and they don't offer refunds either.
