The item was shipped to the wrong address and my attempt to have the error rectified was not successful. I admit the error was mine however there where sufficient clues on the order to have justified some clarification on your part. Not impressed at all!

Based on reviews I decided to order a mattress from National Mattress. After it was ordered I was told they were out of stock, 2 weeks. Once I received my delivery confirmation, the day it was to be delivered they contacted me to say the mattress was promised to someone else. 2 more weeks. When I received my next delivery confirmation, the day it was to be delivered, ( I had sent a detailed description and pictures of where it was to be delivered) I was told they didn't know where to leave it so no delivery again. 2 more weeks. still waiting for delivery. Not very reliable.

Unfortunately the item that i received was different with the item I've seen in the store and website , low quality, I think it's expensive according to the quality There is a unfair policy for exchange or refund, so we couldn't do both 1. Exchange has cost 90$ 2. I removed the plastic cover so I could not refund

My mattress was torn twice while the delivery guys brought it upstairs. I complaint and the company made me sign a waiver if it gets torn it’s not their responsibility. And it was torn again second time and now I have to keep up with that damaged mattress. Clever people, and bad service.

Hey Sooraj, you have purchased a very large king-size mattress and required us to bring it up a very narrow and tight stairway into your bedroom. Our delivery personally had informed you that there is a high possibility of damage, as there is simply no way of bringing this mattress into your bedroom without squeezing and forcefully pushing it through. We required a damage waiver after receiving a complaint about your first mattress being damaged. Lucky enough, it looks like the small tear is on the bottom of the mattress and this will not affect your comfort or warranty in any way. We thank you for your understanding.

It was supposed to be delivered on Dec 23 but never showed up. I called the delivery guys and was told I had to pick up at their depot. Cancelled the order

Hey Marie, your mattress was sent with a courier, and unfortunately, we do not have any control over the delays a courier may be experiencing. We are sorry that you could not get your mattress delivered on December 23rd, after placing the order on December 18th.

Very bad service. They will not accommodate any of my delivery times and dates. I gave them 5 out of 7 days in a week to deliver but they still did not deliver. They also do not tell you the time and expect you to take time off all day from your job. When we called the customer service it was a Don’t Care attitude Will never buy from them and will not recommend to anyone.

Very bad customer service! You will have to born twice to get a reply back from them. Sent a damaged product, and told us to wait months to get replacement. Offering the cheapest discount and we had no choice to keep it. Never again!!

I have recently made a purchase at national mattress but after few days I realised that the mattress is not as I expected and reached them but not get proper solution for exchange even. So disappointed

Unfriendly staff, bad customer service, they don’t communicate company return/exchange policies before purchase. For the Question: How quick did the company reply to your queries? Answer: Never replied to my email sent almost 10 days ago.

Terrible Delivery System. After waiting the entire day with no specific delivery time, the truck arrived at 2:30pm for my delivery. The company had an incorrect digit on my mobile number so instead of the driver going to the building concierge to ring my apartment, the driver leaves. I contacted the company immediately to request the driver to return but my delivery was rescheduled for the next day at an undetermined time!! this is not customer service.

Hi Tracey, we send out notifications on the day of delivery with live tracking as well as an estimated time window. Our drivers had the incorrect phone number on the invoice and were unable to get in touch with you to deliver your order. You have contacted us when they were already out of the area, so we had to reschedule your delivery for the next day. You will receive another email tomorrow with an estimated time of delivery, as well as a phone call when they are close to your home.

My experience was a complete disaster. Product and delivery guys are good but service from management is the absolute worst I’ve seen anywhere in a very long time! I don’t recommend these people to anyone. First of all they only deliver to Brampton on Tuesday and Thursday. Product is never in stock and you have to wait at least 2 weeks to get your stuff. Management is horrible and aggressive. I’m sticking to Leon’s

Extremely disappointing experience Bought the mattress and spring box less then 3 weeks Spring box is defective and I tried to follow support recommendation. , even upload the video of very big noise coming from spring box It is been more then a week and still nothing Terrible support and quality Dmitri 416.414.4854

The boxspring does not help support the Serta Perfect Sleeper Queen Firm Super Pillow top we bought on Oct 4 2020 from National Mattress Order 000006929. The mattress foam is sinking and unsupportive now and the boxspring from Sealy can’t help. Yet to the naked eye you can’t tell that you’ll get a backache when you get up in the morning. National Mattress won’t give us an exchange.

HI My Marco. I live in North York. At the end of July, I bought a Serta mattress and 2 box springs with the National Mattress Outlet. The customer service was the worst experience that I had until now. First of all they took more than 10 days to send me my items to my home. The Serta Mattress was fine but one of the box springs arrived damaged. I tried the box springs and the mattress and it was very uncomfortable. I have sent several emails to the customer service asking for the return of both box springs and my money back but after more than a week there is NO answer from them. I sent them pictures of the damaged one but I just want to return them and my money back. Actually I'm going to file a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario, I'm going to give them a Google review that their competitors going to love and I'm going to tell my story in all my social networks to prevent other people to buy in this place with a lousy, tricky and crooked customer service. Now I know that a good customer service makes the difference, sometimes cheap stuff ends costing more than to buy your items in a good company. I won't buy anything from these people again. I recommend you to stay away from them. Such a crappy customer service.
