“Product arrived and it is both damaged and not even the brand that was purchased. Ive sent an email to support requesting a refund and have not heard back yet - currently at the end of the next business day. I will update post once issue is handled. As of now, my advice would be to avoid this company. It's not even much cheaper than direct from manufacturers. Definitely not worth the hassle. Same review going on Google now.”

“The customer service in that store is really poor, looks like the guy in front desk doesn't like his job neither people. He only allowed few words, spoke too fast and was difficult to understand where matters were. When I requested more information he makes me feel uncomfortable and was difficult to have advise for taking the best option. I don't understand that company has that kind of employees.”

“Horrible experience. Ordered a "firm" mattress online only to receive a mattress completely different from what was advertised. After suffering with back pain due to a horrible mattress for 15 days so we could use their "Comfort guarantee" exchange, they tell me we need to go in person to an outlet and pay a $95 exchange fee + price difference. What kind of guarantee requires you to pay almost $100 to claim? Oh and they don't offer refunds either.”

“I contacted the support about the mattress being delivered in a bad shape. The response i got from the customer service is to work with the damaged mattress only as the damage was not big. Its not about damage, its about how you try to retain customers. Very disappointed with the service. Will never refer anyone to buy from National Mattress outlet.”

“It's a cheap fake. I took four mattresses: 3 hard and one medium. Actually, I got 1 harder mattress and 3 medium ones. There is no gel layer! Just regular foam and springs. Unfortunately, I overpaid for all this even with the discount.”

“Dont buy it very bad experience When I bought it it was firm and now in few months it became too softer when you ask them to replace after 3 months they gave the reason it is our store policy we can not replace it after three months.me and my wife both are suffering from backpain after using this mattress . It is better to buy mattress from ikea they offer 1 year returns if anything occurs.”

“Hi i have raised my issue with concern for return/replacing the mattress and haven't received any formal reply from the company, order #000272712 what so ever pick-up fees is needed to pay, i will pay but please get it done.”

“Horrible customer service. When my order got delayed I emailed your customer support team saying I would rather go for a refund. I got an immediate response about refund without any efforts of customer retention nor expediting my order by your team and the refund was initiated.”

“Please don't buy mattress from them..they are big fraud they sell mattress states perfect size and measurements but their mattress are small than actual size…once you buy from them then they create lots excuses to exchange…even they charge $100 to exchange.. ordered hard mattress but their mattress are soft and garbage stuff..pls contact me before buying..”

“It is very soft and since it is thin you will feel you boxspring under you matress. Not good for adults. Not sure if it even work for the pediatrics.”

“I'm not happy when i buy mattress from the store i show them Exactly what I saw online and i told them i want the same thing 12 inches of Galaxy gel memory foam but they gave me 10 inches i didn't know until i reviewed it when I opened it when i Measure it is 10 inch so i called them they said it's not true i have 12 inches and I can't exchange it ☹😟🥺😭”

Hi Thileepan, after reviewing your order we noticed that you have just purchased 2 box springs. These are not mattresses and are not meant to be slept on. They are supports for a mattress.
