HI My Marco. I live in North York. At the end of July, I bought a Serta mattress and 2 box springs with the National Mattress Outlet. The customer service was the worst experience that I had until now. First of all they took more than 10 days to send me my items to my home. The Serta Mattress was fine but one of the box springs arrived damaged. I tried the box springs and the mattress and it was very uncomfortable. I have sent several emails to the customer service asking for the return of both box springs and my money back but after more than a week there is NO answer from them. I sent them pictures of the damaged one but I just want to return them and my money back. Actually I'm going to file a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario, I'm going to give them a Google review that their competitors going to love and I'm going to tell my story in all my social networks to prevent other people to buy in this place with a lousy, tricky and crooked customer service. Now I know that a good customer service makes the difference, sometimes cheap stuff ends costing more than to buy your items in a good company. I won't buy anything from these people again. I recommend you to stay away from them. Such a crappy customer service.

The firmness support of the bed In the last few months we have noticed we are sinking at the buttock area in the bed. The middle of the bed is still firm and created a hump. We have a a boxspring, but that’s not the problem. The mattress is defective after less than a year for two people weighing less than 160lbs each.

Took 8 emails with customer service to get a receipt. They also were rude and when I suggested the fact I hadn’t received my receipt concerning, your staff told me to request a refund. So rude. In my experience, receipts for purchases are sent upon purchase, not 7 days later after 6 plus emails with your rude customer service. Very disappointed in the response and communication with your team. I will not be recommending your store without a formal apology. Telling customers to request refunds because they ask about a receipt? Unacceptable

i was not happy with the delivery service... the driver showed up without notice, while i was at work. he called me and said he left, i was so upset, after numerous attempts to have him return, he refused and said hes already in Pickering, and so when i offered him $20 each for him and his partner, they immediately returned. i had to spend the extra money to have them come back. never again, will i buy from this company.. first and last.

Dont buy from these guys. unscheduled delivery on the weekend because they were out of the items on their Wednesday delivery. never called to re-schedule. i emailed the rep on Thursday to get a new delivery date for the balance of items. no response. I was away for the weekend. my doorbell ringer saw they left the items on my porch. called the support line to let them know their error. customer service rep told me they were going back to pick the items up. they never did. my neighbors ( I just moved in to the neighborhood) took them in, concerned i was out of town and would potentially lead to people knowing i was out of town. And they offered to refund my in house delivery charge and 10% of the box springs to my grief. No empathy or any sense of concern from these guys.

Bought a queen mattress box, it makes squeaking noises!! I have to discard it! I called them and they want a video!!!! What a mess. Don’t buy from them!

This place is joke. Salesmen are rude, they setting behind their desk play games on computer and ignoring the customers. Joke city.

Waste of time. Have a Hamilton address when trying to set up delivery it says they won't deliver to that address Received an email stating they were open on Sundays. Had to borrow a truck and drove to the mississauga location for open. Once there the sign on the door said open on Sundays. Called the number on the door to get them to open to give us the mattresses no answer. Tried a different extension someone answered and they told us that that location isn't open on Sundays and the email template was wrong and they should have changed it. Asked for the items to now be delivered as I had wasted my time. Was now told that they do deliver to my address but they couldn't this week cause the truck was full. Was then told I could drive to another location to pick up my order and they said it was 15 minutes away (GPS said 30 mins) Drove to the other location to pick the items up and while I was there asked if I could also purchase something else. Was told no it all has to be done online, which is fine. I work in retail and if my company made an error like this we would have done everything we could to help fix the situation. ( make room on the delivery truck, offer a discount on another purchase, refunded some of the purchase price for the extra time spent driving) nothing was done at all and we barely received an apology for their mistake. I still need to make another mattress purchase but I will pay a little more at another store that values their customers time.

I buy extra firm mattress, second week have horrible smell from material,they sad it's foam, should be using different materials then,better buy sheet of plywood,then they mattress

Do not buy anything from this company , they are terrible in every way possible . Not only will they take you’re money and not give you what you paid for because they are very incompetent and seem to be crooks . They owe me money because they screwed up my order and then said they would refund me the money l was owed ...? Nope 👎... they just lie and lie and lie .... they say there’s head office policy is 4-5 days for your refund , it’s been close to a week and a half and l have contact there head office here in Toronto at least 8 times , they don’t plan on paying me anything , so small claims court it is ...... and by the way , there’s head office consists of two rude cocky pricks who are ignorant and don’t give a _ _ _ _ because they have your money ..... save yourself the hassle and tell family and friends to stay far far away from these crooks

Hi Jason, your refund of $56.50 has been issued to visa ending in 4422 on March 30th. Please check your statement or contact Visa directly for clarification if you do not see it back on your card by this point.

I would never in my life purchase from these jokers again. Stick with a reputable name like the Brick or Leon’s trust me. They dropped my mattress off at my door and would not bring into the house. Yes it does state this on some page on the website but you have to look for it, it is not mentioned when I set the delivery date or in any confirmation email. My wife’s pregnant and I have a disability, we had to hire a moving company to bring to our bedroom. NEVER AGAIN!

I was told by the dispatcher that the delivery men would take the box spring to the second floor as I live alone. They refused, cam two hours ahead of schedule and I refused the delivery. Still waiting for my credit.

Shipping was delayed due to an error with National Mattress and was only discovered after I called in, no one even bothered to notify me. Extremely disappointed.

The customer service was alright but the product is garbage. Being a heavier set man I opted for a very firm mattress. I've had the mattress now for a few months and I already searching for a new one. The foam has condemned and left a bill in between me and my wife. This mattress was expensive but is. Ot with the mo way I paid for it. Completely unsatisfied and now 800$ broker.

The quality of mattress very bad. I’m not sure if it’s because I choose a wrong mattress.it was showing 670 coils. But when we slept on it for one night, the mattress already went down that part . Also I bought the mattress after seeing 90 days free trail. But when I called them they told I have to pay 90 dollars for some disposal fee, which I was not aware of. Delivery and price was good
