Took 8 emails with customer service to get a receipt. They also were rude and when I suggested the fact I hadn’t received my receipt concerning, your staff told me to request a refund. So rude. In my experience, receipts for purchases are sent upon purchase, not 7 days later after 6 plus emails with your rude customer service. Very disappointed in the response and communication with your team. I will not be recommending your store without a formal apology. Telling customers to request refunds because they ask about a receipt? Unacceptable
