Their customer service is the worst. No phone can be called for the post-sales service. The only way is through email, you can just ignore your emails!!!! You can not find any manager to talk to, when you call their number, they always say "I am just a sales guy and can not do any help, you can just only email our support".
I bought a mattress from their store. Found there is a swelling line on the mattress which makes the mattress uneven and uncomfortable when sleeping. After about two days I contacted them and sent them lots of images and they always said that was normal and could not do anything. A brand-new mattress should not have an uneven issue. Even though it may have, I would not pick that one because I was buying a new mattress.
I am buying a new mattress to have a comfortable sleep, but this new mattress makes me feel painful just because of the uneven line. They just do not want to make a replacement.
I know the probability of buying a mattress having this issue is pretty low. But it would happen to you probably, and they would help you if that happened.
