BEWARE of purchasing a mattress in a box. They sell mattresses that have been condensed for longer than the manufacturer recommends resulting in a mattress that does not expand to full size. When asked to remedy the situation I'm told to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer says contact retailer. What a headache.
I purchase a King Tuft & Needle Mint Hybrid and it has expanded to 76" in length, whereas, is should be 80".
I am waiting to see if National Mattress will resolve this issue. Will update review as needed.
