Torn mattress / Unresponsive customer service Bought one king size mattress asking delivery guys to put it upstairs. Yes they put but by a torn on surface. Not a big deal maybe but CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDN'T RESPOND WHEN I REPORTED IT WITH PICTURES AS PROOF..
