“Had a great experience at the store in Kitchener. Sales rep was knowledgable and helpful. The mattresses all have plastic on them, which makes it a bit harder to figure out which one you prefer when trying them out. Other than that a great experience.”

“My partner and I recently purchased queen Tempur-pedic mattress from National Mattress and it's honestly the best thing since sliced bread. The nice irish man working there was so knowledgeable too. He really helped us decide without being a pushy salesman. We are sleeping well at night and now there's no extra padding needed and my partner's back is so much better! Help us win our purchase and like our review!! We have been having about National mattress since our visit. We tell all our friends about our new bed and it's so so great!! Would love to pay it forward by winning our recent purchase and that way we can buy my grandma a new mattress as well. Cheers to National Mattress! Delivery was so fast -- next day and exceptional service too. Making our dreams come true since Oct 2025!! Thank you very much!!”

“Terrible Service and Zero Customer Support I bought a mattress and paid extra for the white glove delivery, which clearly included removal of the old mattress. However, when the delivery people arrived, they said they don’t provide that service. The store then refused to refund the delivery fee, and customer support has completely ignored my email. Extremely disappointing experience — I would never purchase from this company again.”

“Store was short-staffed the day we went but Henry is a hustler and didn’t make us feel rushed, answered dozens of questions with an impressive knowledge of mattresses and no BS (I am very sensitive to BS) We ended up purchasing a mattress and six down pillows for way less the store we were in the day before. Does it have a bit of a warehouse vibe? Yeah. Does it have plastic on the demo mattresses? Yeah. Did we care? Nope. We’re happy to take the savings and buy a higher-end mattress and pocket the difference. You want a posh store, you’re gonna pay for the poshness.. We like buying the same exact mattress for hundreds less Cheers”
