“My experience thus far hasn’t been great. Was told the item I wanted was in stock when I ordered it so I chose to go with this company. Days later no confirmation of my order and when I called to inquire when it would be shipped I was told it wasn’t in stock and I’d have to wait. Still waiting…”

“Good experience in-store, ordered at the counter and had it delivered for free within less than 24h (and they provided a specific time estimate which was very helpful). Great mattress and service, would recommend!”

“Honestly had a great experience. The workers were super helpful and made a decision which I thought I would not. Always been a side sleeper and sleeping on firm bed always hurt back. So great help finding new mattress and learning more about mattresses.”

“There should be an option of giving 0 stars!! Extremely disappointed by the service. We bought our mattress two weeks ago, it got damaged during delivery, and since then we have been following up with the team, but no luck. Nobody contacts us via email or phone. We have to call and email them on our own , still they are unable to resolve our problem.”

“Logan was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find a great mattress within our budget super quickly. I had already tried Costco’s firm mattresses and they were too soft for me. I found an amazing ultra firm mattress here.”

“Arnold at National Mattress in Markam, was friendly, knowlwdgable and helpful. The delivery time was communicated clearly, as scheduled and updated as the drivers approached. We just received the complete delivery today so we haven't had a chance to try our new beds yet. Looking forward to a great sleep tonight! PS (We checked the Evergreen Mattress Website. The same Evergreen Organic Mattresses we bought at National Mattress, were more expensive on the Evergreen Mattress Company Website!)”

“I am leaving this review honestly based on my experience with National Mattress. I placed an order with National Mattress and, at the time of purchase, September 16 was shown as the expected delivery date. I relied on that date and made separate arrangements for a lorry/truck to come to my address and move/deliver the mattress and other belongings. I had already committed approximately $350 for those arrangements based on the delivery date provided at checkout. When the delivery date became uncertain, I contacted National Mattress Customer Support by email and also called customer service. Unfortunately, I received general shipping information rather than a clear answer to my specific concern about the September 16 delivery date. Because I needed the mattress and had already made arrangements based on the date provided by the company, this created a significant problem for me. I did not want to cancel the order; I simply wanted a clear explanation and a reasonable solution. After several attempts to resolve the issue through regular customer service, I eventually escalated my concern to the company’s CEO because I felt that I was not receiving a direct answer. I understand that shipping delays can happen. My disappointment is mainly with the communication and customer-service experience. When a company provides a delivery date at checkout, customers may reasonably make other arrangements based on that information. In my case, that resulted in additional costs and considerable inconvenience. I hope National Mattress takes this feedback seriously and improves the way delivery dates, delays, and customer concerns are handled in the future. This review reflects my genuine experience.”

“Went for a pillow, tried a bunch, found a couple I liked. The one I wanted had just been sold out so they shipped me one later. Been sleeping better since, hopefully it lasts a long time.”

“We had Ken help us and it was nice to get someone who was as knowledgeable about mattresses as he was. He recommended a few options and provided some insight into the different types of mattresses after asking us questions. I did not feel pressured once into a purchase. That being said, I do wish that there were display products that didn't have the plastic wrap on them, and while I do understand why they need to have them on, I didn't feel like I was able to make an informed decision on the comfort of a bed due to this.”
