“When i walked in we were approached by the sales man. He was very nice and asked if we needed any help. I explained my needs and he directed us to multiple mattresses and let us come to Jim if we had questions. He was very helpful and provided us with the exact support we needed. That is the reason why I purchased my mattress at this National Mattress store. Thank you”

“Lovely people work here (went to the Mississauga south location (shout out to Suraj) and have been to another before). They are super helpful. Great selection and great pricing. We have bought our first baby’s big boy bed, our new home king bed and now our second baby’s big boy bed (arriving September hopefully). Will keep coming back as we need more things. Would love if you started selling down duvets and increased your selection of sheets etc.”

“Purchased a mattress online on Friday for delivery on Sunday. Called at 12pm on Sunday to get a general idea of when it would arrive, and that's when they told me that I possibly wouldn't get the mattress at all. I specifically booked a Sunday because if my work scheduale. And now I have to take a day off work to wait for the mattress that will apparently come Wednesday. I felt like I was getting a deal until it cost me my entire Sunday and a vacation day I didn't want to take.”

“A bit of a mixup in the email address (unsure how?) which could of been corrected easily by phoning us. They told me when they would email me. When I didn't get an email in that time frame, I phoned instead.”
