“Good experience with Shivam in the Kitchener store, but a week later we still have no mattresses. Called the delivery company and it is not in their system. Called National Mattress who is now working on tracking down our order. We have paid in full and are hoping things are resolved quickly”

“Went to Hamilton location, greeted but not hounded when we came in by very friendly gentleman. Best inventory that I have come across and we left with our mattress when we were done. None of the big box guys had anything readily available or ready to pick up next day.”

“I stopped in on the day I was moving because my original boxspring had broken. The opening clerk on duty that day was extremely helpful not only explaining what boxspring options existed, but even offered to see what was on hand in the back. He not only found me the proper size but also found a model at an amazingly low price - about $100 cheaper than other models I had been looking at. Then he helped bring the boxspring to the moving van. It was amazing service and given the amazing prices, My family and I will return when we need to update our beds.”

“We were looking for a kong size mattress for a side sleeper and back sleeper both. Manvir took the time to have us trial many mattresses as we weren’t sure what we needed. She was very helpful and we eventually chose a mattress that was comfortable and luxurious. We saved some money by coming here, and got a discount on the mattress protector as well!”
