“It was mostly a good experience, but delivery did not meet expectations. Being in the middle of a move it would’ve helped to be able to book the time window when the package would arrive. And even when it arrived, since I live in a condo, it only got delivered to the lobby, and not the front door of the apartment.”

“Manvir did a great job from start to finish. We needed a mattress for our daughter who is attending university. Manvir provided us with options so we could make an informed decision. “The website had a lot of useful information that helped me find the mattress that fit my needs. The comfort analysis was great for this. Delivery was fast and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The first mattress had some damage so they took it back and I scheduled a new delivery for two days later and the mattress arrived in great condition and is now expanding and airing out.”

“We had an excellent experience finding an affordable mattress here. Wayne seemed very knowledgeable about the products on display and was available when we had a question. An evening email for a delivery date change was responded to as soon as the store opened the next morning. We look forward to receiving our mattresses.”

“Great experience overall! It was nice having the delivery people call me when they were nearby. It would be nice if I could see how many stops away the delivery driver was prior to the delivery, as I was in between moving, so I could better plan for being at my new place to receive the delivery. However, I was happy with the experience, so I don't have much to complain about!”

After shopping around at the big-name stores, I was blown away by how much better the prices were here—and without compromising on quality! Here is why I highly recommend them: Knowledgeable & No-Pressure Staff: The team (a special thanks to the team at the Markham location!) was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my sleeping habits and budget, helping me choose the perfect mattress rather than trying to upsell me. Great Selection: They have a wide variety of mattresses to choose from, and the best part is you can try them all out in their warehouse-style showroom. Fast & Efficient Delivery: The next-day delivery was incredibly fast and smooth. The delivery team was professional, kind, and kept me updated on the ETA. Comfort & Quality: I’ve been waking up with zero back pain for the first time in months. The mattress is high quality and worth every penny.”

“Its more than a week now. No delivery confirmation yet. Called about the delivery status, I was told it may take another 1-2 week. In this age of same-day or next day delivery, didn't anticipate this. Shouldn't have ordered from here.”

“Great customer support. I had to return my mattress and it was a seemless process. The four is because I am still waiting for a refund since I have to donate it and get a receipt which I have not been able to do. Overall it was a great experience”
