“This was my first time shopping at National Mattress. As soon as I walked in, Arnold proactively introduced the products and helped me choose the mattress that best suited my needs. He was professional, objective, and never put any pressure on me, which made it easy for me to find a mattress and pillow that I really liked and make my decision with confidence. I’m very happy with my purchase and truly appreciate Arnold’s professional service. I’m looking forward to receiving my new mattress next week, and I hope the delivery arrangement and service will be just as excellent as the in-store experience. 29 June 2026: I would like to add an additional comment regarding the delivery service. While I was extremely satisfied with the in-store experience, I was very disappointed with the delivery process. I originally gave National Mattress a 5-star rating based on my excellent in-store experience. Unfortunately, because of the delivery experience, I have decided to deduct 2 stars. My original estimated delivery time was 1:55 p.m., but it kept getting pushed back throughout the day until I was finally notified that the delivery would be around 6:53p.m. I called the customer service hotline twice to check on the status, but unfortunately, the situation did not improve. I live in a condo, where deliveries and mattress disposal must be completed before 6:00 p.m. I repeatedly contacted my building management to extend my elevator reservation, but they could not allow deliveries or mattress disposal after 6:00 p.m. As a result, I had no choice but to cancel the delivery. I had taken the entire day off work and waited at home all day, only to have the delivery cancelled. It was a complete waste of a vacation day. When I called to reschedule to July 6, which means I now have to take another day off work. I asked whether a delivery window between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on July 4 could be arranged, as I would have preferred to receive the mattress after work. However, I was told that no delivery time could be guaranteed and that I would need to stay home all day. I understand that the customer service representatives were polite and courteous, and I do not blame them personally. The issue is with the company’s delivery system, not its staff. While they were professional, they were unable to offer any practical solution to my situation. I sincerely hope that my rescheduled delivery on July 6 will arrive before 6:00 p.m. so that the old mattress can also be removed as planned. After such a positive in-store experience, I truly hope the delivery service can match the same standard.”

“We found the whole team is very friendly, courteous. Though our requirement was not of a great value but still we found them very detailed oriented, consultative without pushing us for a sales decision. Hope to have good quality product experience as well.”

“The matress was delivered on time and without any complication. The matress itself is quite nice, after 1 week of trial, everything seems fine with the mattress so far. It is a little firmer than I remember from the store but I expect the mattress to lossen up.”

“National Mattress had everything you would want in a mattress. The salesperson (Shivam S) went out of his way to help us. Once we decided the mattress we wished and thought to check at home before ordering. On the phone the order was quickly compiled. The two deliver persons were polite and well mannered and made sure everything was correct. Thanks again for great service and great mattresses.”

“Excellent pricing and quick delivery. The communications by email were also very quick. The matress came in torn plastic wrapper which made me feel a little uneasy due to my bug fear. But all seems fine. All and all an easy experience and I would recommend National Matress.”

“NM made it so easy to find a great mattress at a fantastic price. I bought two mattresses on a Saturday afternoon and had them delivered - for free - on Sunday morning. Sales stag and delivery guys were all top notch!!”
