“The mattress is excellent but truthfully the two brothers that helped me (on 2 different days over the time I took to research my best options) were incredible and genuine. They answered all of my questions, understood my concerns and the investment on yourself and really helped my select what I believe was the best option for me price aside. I actually just lost my job unfortunately, but can literally rest easier knowing that this investment is out of the way and I'm very happy with it and I can focus on the next chapter. A++ service. Delivery guys were really kind, quick, considerate when brining the mattress upstairs and communicative about their ETA along the way.”

“I am new to Canada so it was really hard to find what I wanted at a good price, thankfully it was black friday. I visited 10 different stores in Toronto, but in the end nothing could beat National Mattress price and quality. And their delivery service is one of the best I have seen since I relocated here. The salesperson who showed me the mattress personally came for delivery which was a nice surprise. I was moving in at my place on 1st December so I had to ask them to deliver it on that exact date and they did. And as for the rest of things in my house which I ordered from other places ( still waiting for them ). Really appriciated their promt & quality service. I finally could sleep on my own bed.”

“Nice experience visiting the store in Scarborough. Staffs were really helpful. I purchased NM extra firm mattress and kept it open for 2 days to get completely inflated. First few days the firmness was very good however after a week I started feeling firmness reduced a lot and it feels like a medium firm mattress now.”

“My husband and I first visited the Barrie location in October as we were shopping around for a new Mattress. We had shopped at a few other places and found everything super expensive. We came to National Mattress and everything was laid out and super easy to find all the information you needed. We left that day knowing exactly what we wanted. I cannot remember the young lady’s name that helped answer our hundreds of questions but she was amazing. Fast forward to December, our bedroom renovation is almost complete and we were ready to purchase our bedroom set. We went in and tested the mattress out one more time and left with our new bedroom set purchased and arriving the following week! Thanks for Alex for submitting the order and answering our last few questions! Excellent customer service by both associates!”

“The delivery process was stressful because it arrived a week later than advertised and the date kept changing so it was hard to plan for it. But now that I have my new bed I am very happy with it! Have only slept one night in it so far, it was soft and supportive. Would like more info on how to access the warranty if needed, since this mattress comes with a 15-yr one.”

“The in store representative, Arnold, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped ease the stress of buying a new mattress. The selection in store was great and the prices were even better. After my first night of sleeping, back pain that I've had for a year has gone away, and I can happily say this is the best purchase I've made all year.”
