“The mattress collection was huge and the staff really knew their way around the mattress terminology. He understood our requirement and suggested us the right mattress for our needs and in our budget range. Then he also offered to look for a clearance model and we got the same piece in clearance at half the rate. I would reccommend National mattress to anyone who is looking for an excellent quality in the best price.”

“Love the mattress! There was a pretty big hiccup with the delivery, though. I was informed that if I wasn't present when the mattress was delivered, it could be transferred to the nearest store location where I could pick it up later. When I showed up to do just that, the staff said they didn't have the mattress and that it would have been taken back to the distribution center to be re-attempted for delivery the following day. Since we had just moved into the area and were counting on the mattress, we had to shell out for a hotel for the night, which was a bummer.”

“I had a very good experience with Yaman at the store. He helped direct us to which mattresses to try, answered all of our questions, and gave us space to make a decision. Haven't received the mattress yet, but I am completed by the guarantee that if I don't like the mattress, I can always return it within 365 days. Great experience.”

“Had a great experience at National Mattress yesterday! Arnold helped me find a new bed and was fantastic to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and relaxed. There was no pressure, no annoying sales pitch, and I actually enjoyed shopping for a mattress — which I wasn’t expecting to say! I ended up getting a great bed at a really good price and left feeling very happy with the deal. Huge thanks to Arnold for making the experience so enjoyable. Definitely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a new mattress!”

“This is the second time we buy a matress from them. And fourth time we visited the store. First time we were 'just looking', 2nd - we bought a queen with a good deal and saved the tax, with white glove delivery, 3rd time we got pillow and now we got the single mattress for kids bed + a good deal for cushions and a matress protector. And all the times the experience was superb. The sales personell are well educated on the inventory, they advise, they're chekcing in, they help you and recommend. I love shopping there, and their prices are really good. Besides, you get a free delivery and a year to try you mattress and if something is not right, they will pick it up and replace with another for free. That's awesome. Especially for our kids, who today say the love it and tomorrow they hate it.”
