“The staff at National mattress are very knowledgeable and very nice. National mattress has a large selection of mattress to chose from and at all price ranges. I bought my mattress there and delivery came the next day. Very happy with service.”

“We needed a new mattress and read good things about National Mattress Outlet online. The experience did not disappoint! The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. I always felt like I was getting good advice as opposed to a hard "sell" on an upgrade. We were helped by Eden, who was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot in narrowing down our selection. We didn't feel rushed and got to try all of the different mattresses in the warehouse. Once we made our decision, the purchase was straightforward and we had our mattress delivered within a couple of days. All of the inventory have prices and descriptions posted right on the products, so there are no surprises. The sales representatives even helpfully explained how the showroom was laid out with different products and price ranges. All in all, this was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely come back when it's time to purchase another mattress, and will recommend this store to friends and family.”

“We recently worked with Arnold at National Mattress Outlet in Markham, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Arnold was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. There were no pressure sales tactics — just a straightforward approach focused on understanding our needs, how we sleep, what we were looking for, and what would make the most sense for our budget. We tried nearly every mattress in the store, and there was a great variety to choose from. Arnold helped us narrow everything down in a way that felt practical and informed. Funny enough, we ended up choosing the same mattress he personally uses, which gave us even more confidence in the decision. The store itself was clean, well laid out, and easy to shop in. The delivery was also surprisingly fast, and the delivery team was polite, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, we’re very happy with the mattress, the service, and the entire experience. Great value, great selection, and great service. Thanks to Arnold and National Mattress Outlet — we’d be happy to work with them again in the future.”

“We have been a regular customer of National Mattress and have purchased a few mattresses in the past year. I can say that the quality and comfort of their mattresses is very good and the delivery is also very quick. I recently also exchanged one of the mattresses and the entire experience was very convenient, great customer service. I would highly recommend national mattress.”

“I had a great experience at National Mattress. The staff were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different mattress options without any pressure to buy. They helped me find the perfect mattress based on my comfort and budget. The quality of the mattresses and the prices were excellent compared to other stores I visited. The delivery process was smooth and on time, and the overall customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a comfortable mattress and honest service.
