“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at National Mattress, especially thanks to Arnold, who provided truly exceptional customer service. He was incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right mattress. Even though I arrived only a few minutes before closing, he welcomed me warmly and never made me feel rushed—in fact, he continued helping me well after closing, taking the time to show me different mattresses, pillows, and other products and explaining everything thoroughly. The prices are also very reasonable and competitive for the quality and selection. Arnold truly knows his products and treats customers with respect, patience, and care. Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend National Mattress and definitely recommend asking for Arnold”

“We have nothing but good things to say about national mattress. Our sales person, Arnold was knowledgeable and helpful. We felt no pressure, and he encouraged us to take as much time as necessary to pick the right mattress for us. He continues to be helpful in follow up emails We are very happy with our experience at national mattress”

“My experience with National Mattress has been great and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. There showroom was impressive. I was surprised at the quantity of mattresses, so many. Even with so many choices we were able to narrow down our options very quickly based on our needs. Staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and we found the appropriate mattress for use successfully. Thank you National Mattress, we very much appreciate your service.”

“I’m extremely frustrated with my experience with National Mattress so far. I haven’t even received my mattress yet, and I’m already disappointed with the level of service and communication. I took an entire day off work to accommodate the scheduled delivery, only to have the delivery randomly rescheduled. That meant rearranging my schedule and taking time off work unnecessarily. I also ordered pillows and was told they would arrive within a week. I’m now being told there is no clear information on when they will actually arrive and that they may need to be transferred from another location - assuming they even come in. Once again, this creates additional coordination and inconvenience on my end for something that should be relatively straightforward. Overall, the logistics and communication have been frustrating, and I feel like I’ve had to do far too much work to coordinate an order that I haven’t even received yet. I’m hoping this improves, but if these issues continue, I will seriously consider sharing my experience in a public review.”
