“I am so blown away by the customer service of National Mattress! I had trouble ordering online (my postal code wasn't woorking as a shipping option for some reason). I reached out via email and within just 2 hours they had emailed me back with a solution and quote. I was able to purchase the same day that I inquired about the issue and they were so kind in their communication. I'm so happy to have purcahsed from them and will definitely look to buy from them again in the future.”

“The prices at national mattress hands down beat anywhere else. I really like how the sales staff are informative and not trying to push the most expensive mattresses constantly, they make recommendations and let you try and decide for yourself.”

“This is a great mattress! I have it as a guest bed for a Murphy style bed. I bought it because it has 1000 coils, it's only 10", it has cool memory foam and it's really comfortable. I liked it better than the more expensive name brand!”

“Recently I purchased a firm king size mattress and delivery could not have been smoother or faster at all. A++. I’d tried out the mattress same day the delivery was received and unfortunately the firmness was not as expected. So I started the exchange process right away, wanting to exchange for an extra firm mattress. Customer Service gave me some pushback both over the phone saying I have to send an email first and that I have to wait for 21 nights before I can request an exchange or refund. Then when I emailed, they mentioned “give it time” and “exchange restrictions”. I simply replied by quoting the Return/Exchange policy; “365-night sleep trial” and “Exchanges are available at any time during the trial at no charge”, and utilized the Exchange Request Form link that was in their initial response email. The request was approved within minutes with a quote receipt. Minutes after that I got an email replying to my quoting their policy saying to go ahead and complete the Exchange Request Form. I called to place my order online as there didn’t seem to be a way online. A rep named Henry sent me a quote with the extra firm mattress I wanted and I was able to approve the quote confirming and completed the transaction online smoothly. Again the delivery was ridiculously fast and smooth with the exchange being the same moment as delivery. And got my refund of the first mattress processed the very next day. Absolutely no complaints with the extra firm mattress I have now and I would highly recommend National Mattress to all my friends and family.”

“Apparently they use a 3rd party delivery service that they didn't know the delivery people would not contact customer if they are having difficulty finding address and just say it was refused! They made no attempt to contact me and they were outside of they said delivery time. Unacceptable. I have asked for a total refund and will not order from here again.”

“Best place ever to buy a box spring and mattress. The showroom is huge, there are plenty of beds available to enable customers to get the right mattress choice, the service is wonderful and a big thank you to Jevon for assisting me in purchasing my new Stearns and Foster mattress and box spring. The price is postiively the cheapest and I scoured the Internet looking for the best deal possible. I highly recommene and will tell all my friends about this wonderful store.”

“Had an excellent experience purchasing from National Mattress. I had to cancel my order twice after selecting the wrong items - their customer service team was very patient and helpful, and even let me know that my order qualified for an additional discount I didn't know about before they sent me the final bill. Highly recommended.”

“We were looking for a twin mattress for my elderly mother and we met Ken who asked all the right questions, even ones I didn't even think of, to determine the mattress best suited for her situation. He showed us various options for our price point and needs to help us get the right fit. Jevon also gave helpful advice on a mattress topper and suggested which would be the best value for our purchase. Both gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable, and made our first experience with National Mattress a pleasant one! Thank you.”

“We went to the store to buy a king size mattress. The inventory they have is high, from expensive mattresses to cheaper ones. We thought we were going to be there for hours, but the store manager was so helpful giving us advise on which mattress to buy based on hour needs and preferences. It was very easy and we are very happy.”
