“I have been quite happy with National Mattress so far. There was no pressure when I went to their store, and the two staff members I dealt with were very helpful and polite. They have a great selection of mattresses at very fair prices. I had no issues with the delivery which was prompt and on the day scheduled.”

“I was called about 10 minutes before delivery, and NM arrived right on schedule. The person that came to the door was very pleasant and put the mattress in my front hall as had been requested. Thank you for your terrific service.”

“National Mattress has a broad selection of mattresses in all sizes and price ranges, priced significantly cheaper than in chain stores or other specialty retailers. All are Canadian made (a major plus in these times), and they even stock some old-school, tight-top flippable mattresses that can be rotated and turned over to prolong their useful life. The Hamilton store is not elegant, but their stock is impressive, accessible, testable, and staff member Wayne was very helpful. Overall, this no-nonsense store and its products are a refreshing change from the over-hyped, over-priced second-mortgage mattresses that seem to be the norm everywhere else. We look forward to receiving our extra-firm, solid foam, flippable, king-sized mattress in a few days, delivered for free. Highly recommended.”

“Went to the store in person and Henry H helped us check out after confirming our choice. He was excellent. I told him our details verbally for the order and all information was correct when I was emailed the details. The delivery also happened within 4 days, and I was emailed and texted details during the whole delivery process. The NM delivery drivers were very polite and brought it straight to the door without damage. It was a 10/10 the whole process.”

“They said they'd deliver our mattress today. Rescheduled the whole family's weekend plan to accommodate the delivery. Delivery truck came and said they didn't have our mattress! What's going on National Mattress?!!!!”

“Very large selection of mattresses on display in showrooms. Each with its own qr link to find in depth information quickly on the spot. Fantastic prices. Easy website to navigate that provides very in depth details. Staff are not at all pushy. Leave you to your own devices if you wish and are ready to help if you wish. Always polite and amicable. Such a comfortable experience especially considering how dreadful mattress shopping is. Delivery was smooth and went as described by the store associate. Choose to not have it delivered to the room. I was not home but i believe they mustve been kind enough to bring it through the door as it is a heavy latex mattress and theres no chance my husband managed on his own. It was a open bag mattress that was resealed for delivery and the bag did get damaged a bit resulting in a dirt streak on the side but clearly well handled because the surface of the mattress isnt at all torn or damaged”

“We went to test a specific mattress and it was great. Quick and easy to purchase. Also Pavan answered all my questions. The mattress is extremely comfortable e and the price was amazing! I was expecting to spend around 2k and it was way under budget which allowed me to buy other things to redecorate the bedroom. Strongly recommend.”

“They were great, the turnaround time from trying a mattress in store to the delivery was a day. It has been good for us so far and we hope to have it for a long time - there is a strong warranty with purchase so we feel pretty safe!”
