“We went to the store to buy a king size mattress. The inventory they have is high, from expensive mattresses to cheaper ones. We thought we were going to be there for hours, but the store manager was so helpful giving us advise on which mattress to buy based on hour needs and preferences. It was very easy and we are very happy.”

“Shopping at National Mattress was such a positive experience for us. We went in to test out the Chiro‑Foam Luxury Firm Hybrid mattress and were immediately impressed by the huge selection available. It was almost overwhelming at first, but in the best way — we were able to try so many different options and really understand what we liked. The sales team struck the perfect balance of being available without being pushy, and Henry, who helped us, was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We ended up choosing the Chiro‑Foam Luxury Firm Hybrid in a queen size, and we’re so happy with our decision. The mattress was in stock, so we took it home ourselves, even though they offer free delivery on orders over $199. It came rolled up, which made it incredibly easy to transport and set up. Watching it expand was surprisingly fun, and after just a few nights, we’re already noticing improved sleep quality and comfort. National Mattress offers options for every budget, and we’re really glad we went in person to test everything out instead of buying online. The whole experience was smooth, enjoyable, and left us confident in our purchase. Highly recommend both the store and the mattress!”

“Purchased a new queen mattress and box spring and a twin mattress. Today went back and purchased 2 mattress covers. The service was great. Both gentlemen at the Kitchener store were friendly knowledgeable. We will be going back for future purchases. Highly recommend.”

“I really love mattresses from the National Mattress!! This is my second purchase in 4 years. There Extra-Firm Mattresses are the best in the market. If you have back-pain, strain or anything like that and you have tried multiple expensive brand name mattress out there and nothing worked, you shoild definately try their mattress. There Prices are really amazing!! Best quality & cheapest price!! This both never comes together but in National mattrerss, you'll find both there. Their customer service is also great. They will explain you in detail regarding their products but will never try to upsell you or will never try to convince you to buy saomething which you really don't want. Henry was the one who really helped me in finding correct mattress and was always responded quicky to my query related to various products, payments options & delivery time. This time, I purchased 3 mattresses from National for my new home. I did recommend National Mattress in my friend circle and few of them already purchased their mattress & they really loved it. So, All in sole, for my family need of mattres; National is the name that I trust!!!”

“Hands down the best mattress-buying experience I’ve had in 20+ years. I was completely impressed with National Mattress Outlet in Markham from the moment I walked in. The showroom is brilliantly laid out by price point and brand, making it incredibly easy to compare options without feeling overwhelmed. They carry the largest selection of mattresses I’ve ever seen under one roof, and the fact that every mattress is fully wrapped in plastic is honestly refreshing. There's no mystery wear, no visible shoe marks, no feeling of “how many people have put their head down on this before me?” Their prices beat every other store I visited, without exaggeration. Even better, their delivery was the fastest I’ve ever experienced, miles ahead of what I’ve dealt with at traditional furniture stores. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped by Jevan, who was professional and genuinely helpful. He answered every question thoroughly, but also gave me the space I needed to think and decide. There was no hovering, no pressure, no sales tactics. After experiences at furniture stores where I was followed, hounded, and pushed toward overpriced mattresses and firmness that I didn't want, this was a breath of fresh air. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner. Every mattress purchase I’ve made over the past two decades, from Sleep Country to The Brick to Ashley Furniture, has come with problems ranging from damaged deliveries to denied exchanges and endless delays. By contrast, everything Jevan promised was delivered exactly as promised, from follow-up emails to delivery time updates. I’m exceptionally happy with my purchase and will be spreading the word to family and friends. When it’s time to replace another mattress, I won’t be going anywhere else. Straightforward, honest, efficient, and affordable. National Mattress Outlet is the way mattress shopping should be done.”
