“Bought my mattress two days ago from National Mattress. The store associate allowed us some freedom to wander and compare options and when we were ready he met with us to answer questions. He was knowledgeable and showed absolutely no bias for one brand over another. He was transparent about our choice being on back order and what the delivery service included. He offered to serve as our primary contact for any required follow-up either before deliver or after we have had a chance to sleep on our purchase.”

“Alex in the Barrie location was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure and he was very patient and polite. The delivery team were also very cordial. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend them.”
