“I recently purchased the Graydon Firm queen mattress from National Mattress in North York, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The mattress is of excellent quality and offers just the right amount of support and comfort for a great night's sleep. What stood out to me was the service I received from the salesperson. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions honestly and straightforwardly. I truly appreciated their guidance in helping me choose the right mattress. The delivery process was also great. The delivery team called ahead to confirm the timing, which I found very considerate. When they arrived, they efficiently handled the mattress, easily bringing it into my home. They were polite and respectful, making the whole experience even better.”

“After purchasing a mattress from National mattress I unfortunately had an issue with my move in date. When I contacted customer service to see what we could do about the circumstances. They were more than happy to offer me many options to suit my needs. They agreed to push back delivery for when I secured a new apartment. Amazing customer service. I have yet to use my mattress but if it's half as good as their service I'm sure it'll be fantastic. Thanks national mattress.”

“Very pleasant experience. Great customer service, and we recieved alot of help when looking for our new mattress. The salesperson gave us suggestions and had us test out the mattress. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. I will 100% be recommending National Mattress to anyone in the markey for a new mattress.”

“We were shopping for a new mattress and visited several outlets to see what was available to suit our requirements. Through a Google search we discovered National Mattress and happy we did. Upon arriving at the warehouse on Kitimat road we were greeted with an individual who appeared to have our best interests in mind. We were asked what we were looking for and immediately directed to the area with several quality choices available. The salesperson was very knowledgeable of any of the units we had questions about. We found a unit within our budget and purchased immediately. The mattress was delivered to us the following day being "tracked" all along the way. We will surely pass this on to any friends or family looking for a new mattress at unbeatable quality and pricing.”
