“The selection of mattresses is vast, and the price compared to other outlets is much better. The sales agent was very helpful and made it clear that there would be a no nonsense , no fee procedure if necessary in order to switch a mattress to a different model if the one I purchased was not right. Great Job!!”

“We had a fantastic experience at National Mattress thanks to Will! He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without any pressure. He explained the differences between the mattresses and helped us find the perfect one for our needs and budget. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you're shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Will—you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for making the whole experience easy and enjoyable”

“Our experience was brief, unconstrained and quite effortless. All we had to do was sleep on a bunch of beds. Where else can you find such an experience in our chaotic world. If that's not enough, they did not try and upsell us neither did they limit us from suggesting cheaper options. Jun, was always there when we needed without hovering. The store is a bit of a trek out of town but if that's what gets you great value and services, I'm in bed with the idea!”

“I travelled from Vancouver to Toronto. Someone recommended National Mattress for their quality and value for money. I visited them. I made my purchase because: 1) Arnold listened to all my inquiries and he answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. 2) I could compare all brands and types with their prices. 3) Delivery was fast and friendly with no damage. Now that I had a good and easy sleep, I am going to recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for value and quality. I”

“Both the delivery and the pickup were seamless. Competetive pricing. The return policy did not mention deducting the delivery fee that on my invoice was free. They kept $40.00 stating they did not refund delivery fees even though delivery was free. After a while they just stopped responding. All thier showroom mattresses are covered in thick plastic that makes it impossible to feel the fabric and really hard to get a good feel for the mattress itself. I will not be bothering with National Mattress again. A costly mistake when travel expenses are added on.”

“National Mattress allowed us to try a bunch of the mattresses and told us about the different types and the salesman was not pushy at all. I had a great time purchasing the mattress and the delivery was very fast within couple of days, with tracking. We are very happy with the mattress so far. Very supportive yet plush for my back sleeping.”

“Both Teri and Alex were very helpful. This is the only place we could find a suitable extra firm mattress. They have a good return policy (don't need it this time). I would shop here again. Good value for money.”
