“The mattress was good quality for the price. My only issue is the top fabric doesnt seem sewed to the body of the mattress the way I'm used, so if you have it standing upright the fabric drapes off. It doesn't affect it when it's lying flat.”

“Got the plush tight Springwall model. It is comfortable and firm, so it’s been a great balance. I also had a really good experience with the customer service. Overall, I'm very happy with it.”

“We love National Mattress. The sales associates are all friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They ask what you are looking for, give you information, and let you look around on your own without ever pressuring you for a sale. There are a lot of mattresses available to lie down on, more than any other mattress store that we looked at (and we looked at a lot). Each mattress in the showroom has it's own binder full of information so that you can compare them, and the associates can also explain the differences and show you similar mattresses if you want. They have a good return policy for their mattresses as well. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress!”

“Warehouse staff was friendly and not pressuring which was nice. However we were given incorrect information regarding the return policy of some items. We were also given incorrect information on shipping of items so we delayed shipping by a week so we could accommodate everything at once on a weekend. When the delivery came, one of the mattresses was missing. The delivery staff was not helpful or friendly, and told us that they didn't load the bed in the truck for whatever reason, and it's our issue to deal with and to call support. I would understand if this was UPS or FedEx, but it was presumably national mattress employees driving a national mattress truck, surely they could have been more helpful then that. I called and emailed about the issue, and was told they would try to resolve asap and provide me with an update when they heard of the resolution. No follow up email or phone call was made. The only notification I received was a text the next morning that I had a delivery scheduled. I didn't want to drag this out any longer so I had to stay home instead of going to work in order to receive the delivery. I understand it's an "outlet" store, but I did still spend $6000 and would expect a bit more from a customer service perspective. I would still recommend this store because of the no pressure shopping experience and exchange policy (assuming it would be a smooth process if I decide to use it), but I would warn friends of my experience.”

“Mattress was received quickly. It is as described. I needed an extra firm bed for someone who broke a hip and it has been a great improvement for their healing. Price was affordable great expierence, I will use mattress express the next time I am in need of a mattress.”

“The mattress we have selected on the website is great. We were not sure what it’s going be like without actually going to the store and testing it out. A whole year of Exchange guarantee made it easier just in case we made a wrong choice on the mattress. Delivery was quick and easy. Price half of big store retail.”
