“Person at the store was informative. I was told i would get an e-mail about the delivery, but i did not get one. Probably the deliverer sent a phone text message, but i don't have text messaging. I called the store and they were able to tell me when the delivery was coming. Delivery was within 30mins of the suggested arrival time.”

“First thing I noticed while shopping online at NM was how easy it was to compare things like mattress features, etc. It saved me a lot of time and searching. Next was choice: NM offered more mattresses of every style/type; outstanding selection. And then the prices: I saved HUNDREDS of DOLLARS by buying my mattress online at National Mattress. The only thing I messed up on was: when I finalized payment I accidentally clicked "pick up at store" (I wanted delivery). So I called their 1-800 number, and they corrected it IMMEDIATELY on the phone, and even verified free delivery the same week! When it came time for delivery, they phoned about 25 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, and said they'd be here shortly, which they were. Polite, fast, and the mattress is beautiful. Exactly what we wanted, comfort is superb. We won't be returning this BUT if I want to, they said there's a 365-day return policy where I can have them take it back with a 100% refund. You can't beat that! I'm a truly satisfied customer. Highly recommended. A 5-Star business.”

“The store has a huge selection of mattresses, bed frames and accessories. This is the largest store that I have been to that caters just to mattresses. Very clean, great customer service and an amazing choice in products. I was impressed that they had exactly what I was looking for making my purchase stress free without having to look at products that didn't suit me. If you need a mattress this is the place to go to and you definitely will not be disappointed. Thank you to the staff!”

“Absolutely amazing service! The two staff members we worked with were incredibly helpful and informative. We visited the warehouse to try out the specific mattress we had in mind, and the salesperson was awesome, very thoughtful and well informed- it made it a very smooth and easy buying experience. 10/10!”

“I recently purchased an extra firm mattress from National Mattress and I’m very happy with my purchase. The mattress provides excellent support, feels well-made, and is very comfortable for anyone who prefers a firmer sleeping surface.
