“Very good communication updating me on my order progress. Mattresses and covers arrived on time and in good condition. Due to the snow storm they informed me they of delivery changes on the day before and delivered the following day. Overall very happy and would recommend to others”

“Warehouse workers were helpful. Website has a lot more information than most. Only issue was a lack of clarity on where they deliver. Website says every major city but that's only for rolled mattresses.”

“Staff were informative and helpful without being pushy. Later learned they are salaried and not commission based. Got to try a dozen different mattresses in one spot and prices were wayyyy better than Ikea or big box stores.”
