“Both Teri and Alex were very helpful. This is the only place we could find a suitable extra firm mattress. They have a good return policy (don't need it this time). I would shop here again. Good value for money.”

“Wide selection of mattresses for very competitive prices. Service was good as well -- the associate recommended various mattresses to test and was very attentive. Delivery was relatively straightforward except the details could've been explained at checkout. I also picked up a good quality, durable looking mattress protector (20% off with purchase of mattress). Still breaking in the new mattress but it seems promising so far, and the 365-day sleep trial and free return policy are highly appreciated.”

“My shopping experience here was great! The moment I walked in, I was happily greeted. Suraj asked if there was anything specific I was looking for. I informed him about looking for a twin XL bed + frame. He showed me different models and answered all my questions. Even did the calculations for me so I could make an informed decision. I walked out of there with a purchase and a secured delivery date. I would strongly recommend National Mattress for anyone looking to purchase a new bed. Great prices, great customer service. I was not disappointed at all. 👍🏻👍🏻”

“National Mattress store is a one stop shop for mattresses , has all ranges n good variety of mattresses from memory foam to hybrid. We met Eden at the store who was very helpful n prompt . A must go store if ur looking to buy a new mattress to ease your life.”

“We were originally going to purchase from Costco but I noticed a similar mattress at National Mattress for a lower price. We visited their location on Woodbine Avenue, dealt with a friendly store rep and found a NM brand mattress that was even lower priced and seemed like better than the higher priced one. They delivered free the next day right in time! Great service! Thanks!”

“I bought my first mattress from this company back in 2016, and I have now purchased my third mattress from them in July 2026. The quality has always been excellent, which is why I continue to come back. Their customer service is outstanding, and they delivered the mattress the very next day as promised. The warranty is also very good and gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable mattress and excellent service.”

“Sales person was a pleasure to deal with. Mattress got delivered very quickly. They did not deliver my mattress protector, turns out that won’t ship for another couple of weeks. I have no problem with this but it wasn’t communicated to me beforehand which was a bit annoying. The store was lovely though, would buy from here again.”

“Pavan went above and beyond to find us the right combination of mattress. Extremely knowledgeable and he even set up the mattresses for us to try. I honestly never met a harder working guy than him. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go to the store.”
