“Ordered a box spring online and given an estimated date of Oct. 7th as that is when deliveries are made to Niagara Falls. Advised by GoBolt earliest delivery date was Oct. 14th. If I had know I had to wait a week I would not have ordered the box spring - no white service involved. Had my son, who came from out of town, to flip the kingsize mattress based on the estimated delivery date. Currently sleeping conditons not the greatest with my mattress leaning against the bedroom wall. Very disappointed on the co-ordination between ordering and delivery.”

“The mattress is very firm and pretty good quality! It’s the 2nd mattress I’ve bought from here - nothing was wrong with the other one, I just wanted a bigger size.”

“The mattress that we bought was 6 inches thick. Though it is a thinner one, it’s still really comfortable! We got a topper from Amazon and it feels like a pillow! The delivery was on time and friendly! We didn’t use the next day service because we bought it for move in day but it arrived exactly when we needed it to and were notified of the location of the driver! Could not recommend this place enough, as we got a new comfy mattress with delivery less than $500.”

“We recently bought a king mattress for ourselves and a queen for our guest room, and both have been amazing. From the first night, we noticed how comfortable and supportive it was. It has the right amount of firmness without feeling hard, and it’s soft enough to sink into just a little for that cozy feeling. What I love most is how stable it feels. My partner moves around at night, and I barely notice. We both wake up without any aches or stiffness, which has made a huge difference. The guest room one has also been a hit — everyone who’s stayed over has commented on how well they slept. It didn’t need to expand or “settle” like some other mattresses do. It was ready to use right away, with no chemical smell or hassle. Overall, we’re really happy with this purchase. It feels high-quality, looks great, and has made sleeping something we actually look forward to.”

“Dealing with the staff was great. Sales staff, and delivery staff were awesome. Quick purchase, very knowledgeable and met my needs. Mattress and box spring were delivered within 2 days. The driver and coworker were very friendly, on time and followed delivery instructions. I would recommend and I will purchase from National Mattress again. Thank you”
