“Coupons were hard to navigate. In the past it was all accessible on the website and very easy to utilize...I missed out on extra savings. The delivery team was great! I wish I had just paid the extra $30 to have everything brought upstairs! Will purchase again.”

“Simply the best option in the GTA for a mattress purchase! Customer service is just like it was back in the 90's. Extremely knowledgeable staff, lightning fast email response, large array of mattresses to choose from with the ability to test in store. Fantastic return policy, these folks just cannot be beat. Run, dont walk to the National mattress location. Special mention to Gregory S at the Hamilton location, and both Arnold and Henry at the Markham location for their fantastic service!”

“Recently purchased q Queen Beautyrest mattress and protective cover and took delivery today. Found sales staff to behonest, helpful and knowledgeable of the variety of product and matching to our needs. To date, we are happy with our choice, price, service and warranty.”

“My recent mattress and bed frame purchase experience was great! The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood my needs and made appropriate recommendations from the considerable available inventory of mattresses. He gave me lots of time to try the various mattresses without pressure to buy. I will recommend National Mattress to my family and friends when they are in the market for a new mattress.”

“I was made aware of National Mattress through a friend who also had a good experience with them. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived, but was happily surprised by the wide selection and reasonable prices. There were many mattresses to try with descprtions readily available to locate what you want. In addition, their sales associate(s) (mine was Logan) were very helpful. They were able to answer questions and helped me choose a mattress that would fit my needs. Furthermore, they were not pushy when it comes to sales. They allowed me to take my time and browse without feeling followed. They also had a pretty good deal during my purchase. Which is when I purchased the mattress I got a 30% discount for all accessories. I took advantage and bought a mattress protector and pillows. I would truly recommend this store if youre looking for a good deal.”

“Sales person was informed/knowledgeable, didn't try to give us a hard sell. Good selection. Was disappointed that the delivery time was incorrect. We clearly told the sales person that the mattress needed to be delivered AFTER 10:30 am. At 8 PM the night before, we recieved a text saying it was scheduled for 8:15-10:15 am. There was no way to contact anyone. Luckily we made it work, but this could have been a problem.”

“I'm always skeptical of online shopping, especially with something like mattresses where it's ideal to try out/physically see the product before you buy. National Mattress was everything the positive reviews described. Super-fast delivery, great communication from their drivers, and everything arrived packed well and in brand-new condition. I recommend NM to everyone!”
