“King split box spring I ordered was great and came quickly to our place in Toronto. Unfortunately the boxsprings were not the same height and were different (I had actually read this in another review, so I was expecting this), but I called the number with my order for help and they came and replaced it next day. Slightly annoying, but overall happy with the customer service and my product, and it didn't really impact us, so I would still recommend!”

“Jun at National Mattress North York was a delight. We wandered in just wanting to understand options for a king bed, armed with preliminary knowledge, such as wanting a firm bed and also curious about latex mattresses. He was with us for about an hour, letting us test a variety of beds within our budget, and counselling us on the right mattress for us. We had to delay shipping a few times because our bed frame was late, and he was immediate over email helping us reschedule. The team that came in to deliver our mattress was speedy, courteous, and very informative about leaving it to fluff up for 8-10 hours before use. You guys are amazing, thank you so much!”

“We were served by a very pleasant and personable salesman called Pavan.He was very knowledgeable about the many product that he showed us and explained the differences between them.Always smiling with much positive energy.He is definitely a huge asset Tim national Mattress.Yes, we did purchase the set that suited our needs.Thanks Pavan.”

“I have been really struggling to find a firm mattress and so many places are just doin the unfirm foam block. I realized I needed the extra firm. But still from very cheap worthless amazon mattress to trying an expnsive endy mattress. Returning them all for not being firm as they say. I’m glad theres a cheap local option with such a large variety of well made mattresses. So glad! I can tell this one will last its like a rock. Still having body pain but I am disabled and think I am just needing more movement now that spring is here”

“Purchased the queen chiroform Luxury hybrid mattress from the website. It was easy to use and place the order. Mattress arrived the very next day as promised. The delivery guy was great and helpful. The mattress is extremely comfortable albeit night two. It’s a little softer than expected but I’m okay with that.”

“We shopped at their Markham location. It was huge and clean and the beds are well organized. The staff helped us find the mattress we were looking for and I liked the fact that they didn’t hover around us while we were browsing. They answered our questions well. They also made the purchase quick and straightforward. The delivery process was very quick and simple. The delivery team made sure to contact us before they dropped the mattress off. All in all, 100% excellent experience. We love our mattress so far! Just the right amount of firmness and full body support.”

“Excellent selection of mattresses. Nicely organized from most to least expensive. Courteous knowledgeable sales staff that were not pushy and encouraged us to try as many mattresses as we wished. Free delivery was appreciated. The small charge for delivery to selected room in house was reasonable. The delivery people were on time and professional. Only negative was that our top choice was out of stock. But that can happen anywhere.”
