“We recently purchased two mattresses and bases. The selection in the store is amazing and the prices are reasonable. Delivery was the very next day and the delivery folks kept us informed by text and phone calls regarding delivery. I would highly recommend them.”

“Disappointing Experience & Hidden Conditions – Would Not Recommend! I paid extra for the mattress removal service, but the delivery team argued intensely about taking my old mattresses. They claimed customers must wrap and seal them in plastic beforehand, stating this is a strict condition for removal. No one at the showroom informed me of this requirement when I placed the order.To resolve the issue, I ended up wrapping the old mattresses myself using the plastic wrappers from the new ones. I even offered the delivery team gloves to make the process easier. While the fine print clearly mentions the service is for curbside removal only, there was absolutely no reason for them to completely refuse to help get the mattresses into the building dumpster. Instead, they just dropped them at the loading bay and simply disappeared.I was left stranded doing the heavy lifting myself, having to manually shift the heavy mattresses into the dumpster just 10 feet away. Having to argue for a service I paid extra for, handle the wrapping, do the final heavy lifting, and deal with building security is completely unacceptable. This was a painful, frustrating experience, and I will not be buying from National Mattress again!”

“My experience this time around was much better than the first. Eden S was very helpful. He was busy at the cash desk when I arrived but quickly came to my assistance once his customers had left. He was helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was also better than my first experience. Drivers were on time and courteous. Overall a great experience.”

“They had a great selection of mattresses to try and the sales associate, Logan T, was very knowledgeable about their products. We tried multiple mattresses until we found the best match. Arranging delivery was a breeze and we received it promptly. Loving our new bed.”
