“Found National Mattress through social media. The experience was awesome! Lots of great selection and pricing. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, without being pushy. Delivery went super smooth with great guys who were able to get out King mattress through some tight spaces. Cannot recommend enough!”

“My wife and I liked the opportunity to see and try out a number of different mattresses. We really appreciated that the sales person did not try to upsell us but seemed to want to help us find the matress that best suited our needs. The delivery was on time as primised and the delivery people deposited our old matress where we wanted them to. We are very happy with the mattress we selected.”

“I had a great experience at the store, trying out mattresses and ultimately deciding on one. However, the mattress I chose was out of stock. Restocking took longer than expected and so was delivery. There was no communication from the store and I found out about the restocking issue after calling. I have now been using the mattress for 4 days and I like it so far.”

“Great selection of mattress at the Markham store. I ordered online and the website gave many delivery date options. However, I had trouble on the website because it was stuck on the same page after filling out my delivery address. The delivery company, GoBolt, needs to work on communicating the delivery time with their client and delivery persons. I got an email stating the delivery time is 1pm but the delivery person called me at 8:30am saying that they're here. My family and I were scrambling to get the room ready for the delivery. The delivery person was understanding and offered to come back at the later time. If these 2 issues are resolved, I will buy my future mattresses from here.”

“This is my second purchase from National Mattress this year. The first time, I bought a mattress for my mom, and this time I got one for myself. The prices are amazing. The staff at both locations I’ve visited (Mississauga North and South) are great—knowledgeable and polite. A special shout-out to Pavan from the Mississauga South location. Both times I saw him, he was running around helping customers, making calls, and doing whatever needed to be done. He is incredibly knowledgeable and completely transparent. He's a great asset to your team. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I recommend this place wholeheartedly!”

“When we got there no one really bothered us which I kinda like. We were able to browse and when we had questions they were answered and we purchased a mattress and walked out with it. Pretty easy.”
