“This company is very unprofessional and dishonest. Ordered a mattress for delivery to my elderly mother at her retirement home. In order to bring the mattress into her suite and remove the old mattress and box spring, they added a charge which they only accept in cash. When the retirement home requested a receipt the delivery people said: “we don’t give receipts”. How a company functions with dishonest employees is beyond me. The delivery guys were very rude, saying things like “hey buddy, this is how it’s done!”. I would expect more from a Canadian company. Will have to order from somewhere else…”

“I'm so happy with my new box spring honestly it makes such a difference to just sleeping on my mattress on the floor. Also I have to say the customer service has been excellent. Not only did it come fully assembled so I didn't have to do anything but it came the next morning! I ordered it when I got back from work in the evening and it turned up the next morning. Amazing. Would definitely recommend National Mattress if you need a convenient, budget friendly option!”

“Huge show room with lots of mattresses to try. Sales people were amazing and let us take our time. Delivery was also super quick and the communication was on point. Multiple texts and phone calls to let us know how far away they were. Will definitely buy my next matress from here again.”

“The experience was wonderful from the moment I opened the front door. Staff greeted me well and made me feel very welcomed, all my questions were answered professionally. At no point did I feel pressured into buying any product. My only issue was with the delivery guy he add call saying he was downstairs and I could tell he was a bit inpatient that the costumer wasn't there to collect said Item but he wasn't at my location. Apparently there was a glitch in the system. He also showed up about 15min later than his said arrival time. If given the opportunity I'd do it all over again anyday of the week.”

“I bought my mattress and box spring online. The purchase was smooth. I picked a delivery date for an in room delivery and was told I would receive notice of time frame on my delivery date. I received the notice and everything arrived on time as scheduled. My package was brought to my bedroom, the bag was removed after my inspection and everything was placed on my bed. It was an easy and smooth process, thank very much and after a couple of days of sleeping on my new mattress, I'm very happy with my purchase. Big thanks to everyone at NATIONAL MATTRESS for a flawless experience.”
