“Love National Mattress, the only place I get my mattresses now. Got one from them a few years back, so now that I needed another one, I went back to them. Customer service is great and free delivery is a great bonus!”

“The agent in the store was very friendly. The website is comprehensive. The collection and prices are competitive. The delivery was smooth. The only reason they missed a star is the fact that all the mattresses in the store are wrapped in bags; you don't get the actual feeling of the mattress when you try it in the store because of that. I wish they would remove them so we can feel the mattresses before buying them.”

“I have ordered a mattress and a frame bed. The mattress has high quality and I like it. But the bed frame is terrible . It’s very noisy, extremely sensitive to even the slightest movement, and very weak. It has been frustrating for me, and I would like to request a refund.””

“I want to preface this review by saying that I had originally bought and sent back both an Endy and a Douglas mattress as their medium firm levels were too soft for my back and were giving me issues. I was at a crossroads as to where to go between Costco and other retail outlets. Thats when I saw an ad for National Mattress which happened to be close to my home in Kitchener. I drove to the location and in my initial experience, the customer rep was friendly, and understanding while offering me styles that were suited to what I was trying to accomplish. I left that day with a few screenshots of four mattresses that I felt would fit my bill. Two were NM brand, traditional very firm while one was extra firm by Chirofoam and the other was a Beautyrest Firm. I was strongly leaning towards the NM extra firm and called the branch to order. When I told the rep (Shivam) my dilemma be warned me to be careful while choosing the NM Extra firm as another client who was also a side sleeper faced issues with comfort due to lack of pressure points in the mattress and had to return it. He guided me to choose the Chirofoam which is what I finally purchased. It was delivered the next day- which was fantastic. While I have yet to try my new mattress, I can safely say that the service and guidance from the National team was excellent and I would strongly recommend them.”
