“Great company, selection is fantastic and the prices are more affordable than anywhere else I've checked. We were able to try out the mattress we chose in the showroom, the associate was extremely knowledgeable and even directed us to a more appropriate choice that ended up saving us money. Delivery was included, and we added on duvets, mattress protectors, and sheet sets with a discount, again making the prices incredible. Delivery came on time, efficiently, and the mattress has been a dream to sleep on!”

“I was completely on the fence about where to buy my new mattress. After visiting two other retail stores and feeling unsure, I decided to check out National Mattress—and I am so glad I did! Right away, I noticed they had the exact same mattresses I had seen elsewhere, but at a huge price difference (much more affordable!). The absolute highlight of my experience, however, was the professional service provided by Ethan at the North York location. He was incredibly transparent, honest, and knowledgeable about all the products. He didn't pressure me at all and helped me find exactly what I needed. If you are looking for great deals and top-tier customer service, I highly recommend National Mattress! Ask for Ethan!”

“Just upgraded to a King Chirofoam mattress. I'm unable to get a delivery date in Montreal for some reason, but the employees in Customer Service with whom I've spoken several times about the delay have been OUTSTANDING. I have bought from National Mattress in the past and it's an excellent company with great staff, selling great products at great prices - what's not to like?!”

“When I went into the store Alex is amazing - I had time to wander around and then I had a tutorial on the different mattresses that you carry in your store. The turnaround from purchase to delivery was quite exceptional. I am pleased that we used National Mattress. Heidi Fleminger”

“Back in 2022, I had bought extra firm mattress queen size and it was perfect for my wife’s back pain.. good quality.. recently purchased 2 of the same mattress king size. Delivery was very smooth and support team were very helpful.”

“The mattress was delivered and placed. Very clean and polite young men. Very satisfied with the mattress and the service. Also, the delivery was the day before garbage day so the old mattress was placed on the curb and picked up promptly. Considering ordering a box spring and another mattress for our guest room.”

“Very large selection, easy to view. Salesman(Arnold I think his name is from the Markham store) is very courteous and knowledgeable. We felt no pressure and he wanted us to take our time to make sure we were happy with our choice. After our purchase he also explained the delivery and how it worked with detailed tracking updates.Delivery next day! I will highly recommend National Mattress, in fact I already have. Thankyou National Mattress for a very easy purchasing process”

“I purchaed the CHIROFOAM™ XF 12" Extra-Firm. I wanted a very firm mattress and the product description was very detailed, that i felt comfortable making a purchase, without trying it first. It is exactly what I was looking for. The price was a bargain. A double just under $670.”
