“Nice place to shop - good selection, even better prices. Henry and his team are friendly and helpful without being pushy; we did not feel pressured to make any decisions. My only complaint is that many of the models we wanted to see in person were unavailable; similarly the mattress we did end up ordering was about 3 weeks backordered. Still, these things are not anyone's fault and we still had a great shopping experience overall. Would definitely come back / recommend to others.”

“The store is very well set up to browse mattresses in a price range you are comfortable. The binders with detailed information were very helpful. I also appreciated the customer service as I did not feel rushed or someone hovering over my shoulder as I was browsing but, once I was deciding between 2 mattresses, Eden thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each mattress. Great experience all around”

“I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, no commission structure of their associates (lower prices, best advice), incredible prices and quality every step of the way. Jun and Ivan helped us at the Mississauga location and they were super helpful and professional. I will without hesitation recommend them and this store to my friends and family and would go back here in the future if I were to purchase a mattress again!”

“I purchased two mattresses from National Mattress, and I am extremely happy with both. The mattresses are very comfortable, the customer service was excellent, and the delivery was fast and professional. It was a great shopping experience. I highly recommend National Mattress!”

“Choose this company because of its web site. I am a 77 year old woman, side sleeper, who found her firm mattress no longer felt good. I knew what me needs were: pressure points comfort, cooling, spinal support, strong edge support. I was able to use their web site to choose 3 mattress that best meet my needs. When I went to the outlet on Steeles, they quickly found the three chosen mattresses for me to try. After about 1 hour of trial I selected the best one. The process was quick, thorough, with a good result. I gave it a 4 because the actual outlet is exactly that - not a fancy shop. But it did the job”

“This was a great experience. After visiting many local stores, a quick Google search and reviews pointed me here, where the selection and prices were very affordable. I went around trying different mattresses and found a firm one that worked for my senior mother-in-law, with a low-profile spring box as well. No pressure purchase, all delivered in 2 days, and an additional discount on the mattress protector and other items. Skip the big stores and give them a try! You will not be disappointed.”

“Staff was helpful, patient and informed about the mattresses we were looking at. Took time to explain the differences in foams, hybrids and firmness. Would definitely recommend National Mattress for anyone looking to get a new one.”
