“The service at the store was good, they explained to us about the different mattress and styles, also to test each one for about 10 minutes. No one talked to us about the return or exchange of the mattress if we did not like it. After ready on line about the 15 days to test and removing plastic or not is very confusing, we did buy the mattress protectors, so I hope it all works out at the end. Right now day 8 and still getting used to the film mattress. Delivery was amazing got a call on time and very professional when arriving and delivering upstairs.”

“The salesman was great and very helpful, had a good vibe so I purchased my new mattress then and there. I haven’t had it delivered yet, although the following day was available I opted to postpone delivery for 2 weeks. So I can have someone in to steam clean arrange the room.”

“We browsed for a good and affordable mattress everywhere and finally found the perfect one at National Mattress! Here, there were a lot of options to choose from, in terms of mattress types, brands and price range. The customer service was also great. We took our sweet time looking around and trying the mattress. We also loved that the mattresses were all covered in plastic, unlike some other places which were selling uncovered display mattresses. Because of the offer, we also ended up getting a new pillow and a good quality mattress protector for our brand new mattress. I have already recommended National mattress to all my acquaintances in need of a new mattress.”
