“This is my second time purchasing my mattress from this company! The quality is definitely unmatched. I had severe back pain and I was looking for an extra very firm mattress. Genuinely the "NM® HD+™ Core Advanced 13" Extra-Firm Pillow Top Foam Mattress - Queen" is really that amazing! Additionally, the customer service is exceptional, Eden was very kind and helped answer all our questions! Highly recommend visiting this place!”

“If you’re looking for a big beautiful showroom, this isn’t for you. National Mattress has a pretty big selection spread across two rooms. The staff was wonderful and left us alone to search and try out a number of beds and then available for any questions and discussion when we were ready. The whole experience was great and Eden was amazing.”

“Made purchase on a Wednesday because availability said Friday delivery. Specifically narrowed my selection of items to those that would deliver Friday (may have selected other mattress if time was no issue). Delivery date confirmed for Friday. Friday morning no tracking. Delivery rescheduled to Saturday. Saturday delivery cancelled. Delivery rescheduled to only mattress on Monday, and adjustable king frame in two weeks. Monday delivery arrives of both bed and frame.”

“I have made a couple purchases at this store! The customer service is excellent! I was guided through my first purchase , my hubbys and I mattress, so comfy best sleeps ever , no regrets. Came back to purchase guest bedroom mattress and I was so happy with the quality and price! I even took my brother to this location so he can purchase his mattress for his place. they deliver pretty quick too if unable to fit mattress in your vehicle. Very chill environment, tons of mattresses to choose from and great deals!”

“This was my first time buying a brand new mattress and the whole process way pretty great. The showroom was well laid out and chill. The employees were helpful but there was no pressure. We could look at our own pace. We ended up getting the wrong mattress for us by mistake mixing it up with another that was similarly named but the exchange process couldn’t have been smoother and easier. It’s a great thing that NM offers.”

“I spent approximately six hours researching mattresses on this site, specifically selecting models that indicated they could ship to my postal code after I entered my delivery information. The website advertises shipping across Canada, and I chose one of the most expensive mattresses available on the site based on the information provided. The site continued to behave as though delivery was available: it accepted my postal code, displayed shipping options and an estimated delivery date, and even requested delivery address information during checkout. It was only at the final payment stage, immediately before completing the purchase, that I discovered the mattress was actually pickup only. This was an enormous waste of time and a deeply frustrating customer experience. For a large, expensive item like a mattress, delivery availability is not a minor detail — it is a fundamental part of whether the purchase is possible. I contacted the company to express my frustration and to give them an opportunity to address the issue. Unfortunately, they took no responsibility for the misleading checkout experience. Their phone customer service lacked any knowledge whatsoever and was terribly unclear as well. He couldn’t even answer whether they ship across Canada, rambling about how they did and they stopped and he has no idea now. I would be cautious about trusting the information they provide, and would think twice before making such a significant purchase from a company that doesn’t stand behind their own policies as advertised. Better I learned it now versus having to make a claim on their satisfaction guarantee and finding out I was stuck with a $4000 mattress and a company that doesn’t know what they’re doing.”
