“The delivery was very prompt and fast delivery. It was kind of weird that they left it at the front door instead of the garage, but someone else at home received it. The mattress was fine, there were some threads on the bottom that were coming off, but that should only be cosmetic. Someone else at my house received it so I couldn't check it out when they delivered it to check.”

“The sales person was very knowledgeable and patient as we chose our mattress and provided input and advice as required. The delivery options should have been a little clearer at time of purchase as normally a delivery would include removal of old mattress (even to the curb) and mattress brought up to the bedroom. We were told we could pay cash at the door for them to bring it up etc. Our King size mattress was brought into front doorway and we had to struggle to get the old one down and take the new one up.”

“I would highly recommend National Mattress! I got a very high quality mattress for half the retail price after searching high and low for a reputable option that wouldn’t break the bank. Service was fast and easy. They gave a precise timeframe for delivery so I wasn’t waiting around all day for it, and even called ahead of drop off. I paid (only $35!) for delivery inside my upper floor apartment and the workers who delivered were so nice to work with! They honestly made my day! I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend National Mattress to anyone else looking for a mattress or bed.”

“We bought HD 10 in memory foam matress king size. Its an extra firm mattress and is suitable for people with severe back pain as the sturdy mattress is good for relief. For people who used soft memory foam, this will feel like sleeping on a little harder surface. This bed has no edges sinking as its sturdy and you can sit on the bed withoug sinking in. Its a really good product and so far we feel its good.”

“2nd purchase from National Matress. Both times service has been exceptional, delivery was prompt and well within the very reasonable 2 hr deliver window (both times within the first 30 minutes of the window) and drive called 15 minutes prior to ensure we were ready to take delivery. Great line of products, great price and exceptional service.”

“I have purchased mattress from here 3 time now. Both of first times mattress were good and no complaints. Third time I ordered 2 twin matresses. Unfortunately I ordered wrong one, my mistake was I opened it. I called the store, that I want to to exchange it, he said email support, but also passed a side comment that my mistake is I didn’t come to store to choose mattress and ordered online. I told him I had ordered mattress online before, and ordered same one in twin instead of queen, only difference was the ones I ordered in the past were flippable and twin were not. Well I am working with support to find best resolution.”
