“I had a great experience at National Mattress, the sales representatives weren’t pushy at all and instead recommended some mattresses in a firmness I wouldn’t have gravitated towards but ended up loving. This is my third purchase from this company and I have never had an issue”

“I went to 4 different stores to check pricing and quality. Nation Mattress was by far the best for selection, price and quality. 25 year warranty on the Mattress we bought. The customer service was second to none. Delivery to the house on main floor was included in the price of the Mattress. Definitely letting friends know about Nation Mattress!”

“We were looking for a firm mattress for my nephew who was experiencing back problems. The prices at the stores were ridiculously high. Then, we stumbled upon your website and what a difference. There were no issues browsing and the sale mattresses were well depicted. We found the perfect mattress for the right price!! Ordering it was easy and the delivery was included, another bonus. The mattress arrived without issues. The delivery guy was very nice and efficient. He arrived within the predicted time. We're very pleased with the entire process. We will certainly buy from you again when we need another mattress. Thank you!”

“It was a great experience, I highly recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a high quality mattress for a good price. The customer service was great, I was helped by (I think his name was Ben) he was very helpful and nice. “Great experience with Conor at National Mattress in North York. We came in with an idea of what we were looking for from the website and Conor gave us a few more tips. We were able to see and feel all sorts of different brands and mattresses firmness. We had all of our questions answered and felt very informed and comfortable making our purchase. Delivery was quick and arrived as scheduled. We were kept informed as to delivery timing by text and email as well as a call when our delivery was next. Overall very pleased. We were also able to take advantage of VIP savings for box springs and mattress cover.”

“Logan at the Markham location showed me around and got me a mattress that suited my needs. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I got my mattress the very next day and I'm very pleased with it. “Store assistants are friendly and knew the products well. They guided us to see different types of mattresses either foam or coils and gave us free time to browse around without pushing us to purchase. Prices are very competitive and we bought one and they reminded us we could exchange once to other types of mattresses if we are not fully satisfied with the existing one. With free and punctual delivery. I highly recommend.”
