“Jevon was excellent when we visited him at the Markham location. He was super patient and answered all our questions. By talking to him, you can tell he is quite knowledgable. I was able to make an informed deicions re: my mattress selections because of him. I had a good experience shopping here and I would recommend shopping at National Mattress Markham location to anyone.”

“We had shopped at National Mattress a few years ago and went in looking for an upgrade. We looked around at a few different furniture shops in the area but nothing really caught our eye as the selection was limited. We really fell in love with the variety at National Mattress and the great prices. Arnold helped us pick out the best mattress that he personally has and recommends, and we couldn’t be more excited to get it delivered. Great customer service and great prices as always.”

“Great service, they gave me an approximate drop off time and called prior to arrival. the delivery was smooth and even though I wasn’t home they called to confirm where I would like it placed as well as sent images.”

“I was recomended to try National Mattress and I was not disappointed. I made an order on line from there extensive and well organised catalogue, noted I made an error with my order so called in to make the change and the person on the phone adjusted my order without fuss or hastle. The delivery was the best ever with lots of updates from order, to picking to loading to leaving the depot and estimated delivery time. The driver texted me when he was close and I met them to show them the correct door to use. They brought everything up to the apartement, unpacked the order, set up the bed and took away the large plastic wrappings. I could not ask for better service start to finish!”

“We recently purchased a queen mattress from National Mattress and excited to sleep on it! The whole experience was smooth, the store was amazing, great customer service, helpful staff, and a huge selection to choose from. Super excited for our new mattress that we'll know will be super comfortable and will improve our sleep quality. Definitely happy with our purchase and would recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a new bed!”

“The company has good variety of mattresses at very reasonable prices. When I visited the Mississauga showroom on May 17, Eden S very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of various mattesses and helped me choose one that worked best for me.”

“We haven't received the mattress yet, but the customer service was great, and they arranged delivery in a timely manner. It's only not 5 stars because no one at the store helped us find what we were looking for, we were just left to fend for ourselves.”

“The experience was good. The mattresses in store were wrapped but the plastic felt a bit dirty and the pillows were a little worn looking. The salesperson was knowledgeable and a good help Only frustration was the online price was $50 cheaper than in store - and in hindsight, we should have ordered virtually but were in a bit of a rush. Otherwise positive experience.”
