“Staff was helpful, patient and informed about the mattresses we were looking at. Took time to explain the differences in foams, hybrids and firmness. Would definitely recommend National Mattress for anyone looking to get a new one.”

“My wife and I recently bought a new mattress and mattress protector from National Mattress. As much as the new bed is fantastic and we love it, I was even more impressed by the customer service we were met with via Wayne. Right from the moment we entered the store, Wayne not only took care of us but guided us professionally and passionately through to our new bed purchase. I not only suggest buying your new mattress and accessories at National Mattress for the quality, selection and value in price, but the high level of customer service cannot be overstated. Our new mattress is great, dealing with Wayne was even better.”

“Friendly store staff. Helped explain all the different pricing levels and showed me different options. Prompt delivery. Called me when they were on their way. Mattress arrived as promised in good condition. So far no issues with the mattress. All natural latex mattress barely had any smell. Comfy and firm. Would buy again”

“I had a great experience shopping at National Mattress. Jevon was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me choose the perfect mattress without any pressure. I ended up purchasing the BEAUTYREST® BeautySleep® 11.5" Extra-Firm Tight Top Mattress, and I'm very happy with my decision. The mattress feels supportive, well-made, and exactly what I was looking for. Excellent customer service from Jevon made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. “Great Place, awesome variety, very friendly and helpful staff, and I bought an awesome mattress for my son (who enjoyed laying down on like 30 different beds). Delivery was prompt and all together the service, experience and quality of the mattress is all top shelf. 15/10 would recommend.”

“This is the second time we purchased mattresses from this company....EXCELLENTE! Both times we walked in and found the mattresses we needed and for a reasonable price! This time we bought a RV mattress and can try it out for 1 year and if it is not suitable, then we can get a replacement mattress. Very happy with the service and looking forward to a great sleep again in the motorhome.”

“This is my second time purchasing my mattress from this company! The quality is definitely unmatched. I had severe back pain and I was looking for an extra very firm mattress. Genuinely the "NM® HD+™ Core Advanced 13" Extra-Firm Pillow Top Foam Mattress - Queen" is really that amazing! Additionally, the customer service is exceptional, Eden was very kind and helped answer all our questions! Highly recommend visiting this place!”
