“I had a seamless experience purchasing a king mattress from National Mattress. The initial mattress I wanted sold out quickly and was discontinued however was able to purchase a similar grade mattress from another brand with the help of the sales associate. Extremely fast shipping and both sales associates (Arnold and Jevon) I dealt with were knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. The entire process exceeded my expectations and will gladly recommend National Mattress - Markham location.”

“I had an excellent experience at National Mattress! I visited two locations — Kitchener and Mississauga — and received outstanding service at both. Shivam at the Kitchener location was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to walk me through all the options and explain the differences between mattress types, firmness levels and materials in a very clear and detailed way. Eden at the Mississauga location was equally attentive and helpful, making sure I found exactly what I needed. I ended up purchasing a Serta Perfect Comfort X and I’m very happy with my choice. The fact that it arrives the next day is a huge plus! Highly recommend National Mattress — great service, great selection and fast delivery. 5 stars!”

“Easy to deal with and ordering was super simple. You guys need to pick better shipping companies since CanPar refused to deliver to my house and I had to go pick up the mattress from their warehouse. That was a horrible experience. Fingers crossed the mattress is just prefect and won't have to send it back so I never have to deal with those monkeys again.”

“Had an amazing experience with the National Mattress team from the get-go. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the store and invited to try out all of their mattresses. Unlike other stores, not once was a sale pushed onto us. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you for everything, we are very happy with our purchase!”

“Friendly staff and great communication however there were hiccups along the way. Mattress delivery was suppose to be on Friday and then cancelled because of stock issues, reschueduled to Sunday (not ideal as it was Mother's Day) , we missed them and I don't think they knocked on the door (Our fault as our doorbell was broken, and calls missed), I called right after and was told it would be rescheduled to Monday. I called on Monday to confirm and was told I was not put on the schedule and it would be delivered the next day. Finally it is delivered the next day but the delivery person knocked over a lamp and broke it. Accidents happen, however it would be nice if there was some sort of compensation for the multiple days I took off work and broken lamp. Not the smoothest of services.”

“Ordered at 11:15pm and received the new mattress on our doorstep at 9:30am the next morning. Super impressed with the quick turn around time. Bought the 13” orthopedic supreme in firm and it’s possibly the firmest matttess I’ve ever tried. Definitely going to take some time getting used to but our soft mattress was giving my wife and I some back issues that this will hopefully resolve. 365 night trial and 10 year warranty made it a no brainer to try out. Thanks again!”

“Matress arrrived the following day, which was impressive given that we're outside the GTA. After having the matress for one week, it feels good thus far for both my wife (side sleeper) and I (back sleeper). Only four stars because it's too early to tell if it will work for the long-term.”

“There were a few hiccups but national mattress did such a great job of rectifying everything and in the end, I have a wonderful bed. Correcting the height of the boxspring was simple and straightforward. Their communication was perfect and easy to navigate the switch. I will purchase from them again in the future because I can tell they want to support and make sure customers are happy. Hopefully this mattress lasts the test of time (I purchased BeautyRest and it’s been so comfortable at night — full 8 hrs which was impossible before). Thanks for your super customer service.”
