“I was really happy with my experience with Nation Mattress. They offer very competitive prices, which resulted in me getting a great Sealy mattress that was surprisingly affordable. Getting a personal email gave me peace of mind that delivery would go smoothly and it went as well as I could have expected. The delivery service has a great time window/delivery tracking platform and the drivers themselves were very communicative about their delivery time. Overall a great experience, I wish I knew about National Mattress years ago!! I will certainly recommend to friends and family looking to get a mattress in the future.”

“Our experience was very good while buying an XF mattress and the box. Ben at Mississauga location was very courteous and really helped us make a good decision about the type of mattress I was looking for. This is an ideal place if you are very particular about the type of mattress you want to buy and want to see and try them out on display first. Not many big box stores have this kind of collection. The delivery was very smooth as well, but when it got delayed by a day, Ben promptly called me and provided me an update. I highly recommend this place.”

“your service was EXCELLENT!!! from the store clerk at the barton st. Hamilton location being very helpful and efficient,to the timely delivery (next day),to the very polite and courteous delivery driver. I would gladly recomend National Mattress to anyone in need of a mattress. Thank you. p.s: I love the mattress too.”

“The customer service was excellent. My schedule was accommodated for the delivery which was very convenient. They have a wide variety of mattresses. I was short on time and needed a mattress ASAP. I was able to find one at their store after looking at many options. The sales representatives were very patient and very helpful.”

“I was able to research their product on line before going. Website is easy to use. Once there I was able to see and try the product. They loaded the mattress for me. All in all a simple process, good customer service and a quality product. Will shop here the next time I need a mattress and will recomend to others.”

“Mattress delivered quickly and customer support was excellent - mattress sasid bed in box, arrived in platic wrap only no box , transporting from lobby to apartment was 2 person job. Driver was helpful.”

“National Mattress has a wide selection of mattresses and usually have them in stock. Gregory was a huge help!! He helped us find the right mattress and box spring just by explaining our sleeping habits. They even offered to deliver outside of their usual area for me!!”
