“Very convenient service, quick delivery, great experience overall. Definitely recommend going to the physical location to choose - you can lie down on the mattress, it helps you decide much better than reading a description on the web site. Some "medium firm" models feel softer than some other soft models, so definitely need to check them out before buying.”

“The staff at National Mattress (Markham) were super knowledgeable and helpful with purchasing. Henry in particular provided advice on the different kinds of mattresses that would best suit me. When I came back the following week to make the purchase, the mattress I was interested in was no longer on display. Instead, he pointed me to several other mattresses that felt similar which gave me the confidence to purchase. It's also awesome that free delivery and a free trial/return period was offered.”

“I recently had some bad experience at Ikea and when I visited National Mattress, they were very helpful and patient with questions I had about buying a good, extra firm mattress. Delivery was smooth and fast. The mattress I bought is extra firm, just like I requested and it's also very comfortable. The quality is topnotch. I would definitely recommend National Mattress”

“Immediate attention with polite welcome was the first impression. Gentleman asked us on our needs and pointed few choices to compare. Most importantly he left me and wife and provided time to experience the choices. Then he came back for follow up and helped us make an educated decision by answering our questions. Offered us pillows and covers ro which we didn't need but gesture of offer with promotions was certainly intriguing. Job well done. This is how an intelligent Salesforce should position their clients.”

“Horrible experience, I tried to cancel my order but it was still scheduled for delivery. Canceled the delivery but it's been almost two weeks and my purchase still hasn't been refunded.”
