“I am VERY pleased and satisified with the customer service that I have received from National Mattress. The staff was very helpful, and extremely polite. They were also able to quickly reschedule the delivery date, due to an error on MY part. I will DEFINATELY reccommend National Mattress to everyone! Excellent quality service. Fantastic quality for a fraction of the average retail cost. 😁”

“We recently needed to buy a new mattress after being ripped off from online mattress company. We found national mattress on Google and went to thw mississauga location. The moment we walked in We where greeted by 2 Irishmen who where super cool and very knowledgeable. They showed us around and let us decide which mattress we liked vs pushing us towards something we didn't want. Eventually we found one we liked and the sales team helped us place our order. We went in looking for a replacment mattress but we walked out with making 2 friends. This is probably the only company I would recommend to anyone for a mattress.”

“The website is clear and easy to navigate. The mattress arrived as agreed, with lots of communication from the delivery driver. The mattress is excellent quality and very comfortable. On top of everything, the price was much less than we had budgeted. I will most definitely be looking to National Mattress for my next purchase.”

“We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the sales staff introduced themselves right away. they gave us space to look around without any pressure, but were always available and happy to answer questions. The staff was knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Delivery was timely, and everything went smoothly.”

“Excellent inventory, knowledgeable salespeople, great products and prices.. Delivery was supposed to be for after 2pm and they showed up around 10:30 when I wasn't at home and my son was sleeping.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress box and reached out immediately via email and phone, but received no response. I then went to the store in person and purchased the correct size. The staff assured me that if I paid for the new order, I would be refunded for the previous one. However, I have not received any refund confirmation or the actual refund to date. I’ve tried calling multiple times with no one answering, and my emails have gone unanswered as well. Extremely poor customer service — I feel ignored and let down.”

He answered all my questions, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process simple. Delivery is free, prices were great, and I couldn’t be happier with the mattress I ended up with. If you’re shopping here, definitely see Pavan—he really cares about his customers.”

“I wanted to give 5 stars but held back because: 1. They don't advertise enough, it was by a sheer in the heat-of-the-moment scenario that I googled "mattress stores" in Mississauga, that I was able to find this place - I am truly glad that I did! 2. The layout and accessibility of some of their goods in the back part of the store is very limited / confined - 2 people can't pass one another easily in the aisles. 3. The thick plastic covers on all of the mattresses take away from the full and proper feel of the comfort, stiffness, lumbar support and quality of said mattresses - Though I understand the intent is to keep the goods protected. That aside: 1. Sales members were great - truly professional, and courtesous and explained all of my questions and concerns. 2. No pushy, pressure based sales tactic that I saw with other mattresses stores - The sales team were not commissioned based and this made up for a better experience. 3. The prices was super competitive and of course cheaper. The accessories alone had down-to-earth prices compared to other places.”
