“A low tox, organic latex mattress for the same price as regular mattresses?? I was very skeptical but the return policy comforted me if it didn’t work out - but it did! Very glad we decided to go with National Mattress and appreciated Henry’s help with shipping to Alberta.”

“We wanted to upgrade our sleep quality and sought the experience of staff. Unfortunately for us, the lack of knowledge landed us with $1500 worth of garbage only slept on for 3 nights. The mattresses are terrible and no matter what we stated the exchange was worse. Left with no options we are writing this review hoping to save others the expense and advising you to choose a different store, literally anywhere else is better for your money.”

“Went with our 95 year old Dad to get him a new mattress. Lot of selection and our Sales person, Shiram, was super helpful, friendly and patient. I am sure our Dad will start having restful nights on his new mattress soon. Would definitely recommend the Kitchener location for great staff, great selection and really good prices! Thank u.”

“I’m from Calgary and when I was shopping online to purchase a mattress, your website didn’t detect that the mattress I added to cart and was about to pay for was not a mattress in a box and cannot be delivered to Calgary. If I didn’t have the intuition to call and confirm with one of the employees over the phone, I would’ve paid for a mattress that can’t be delivered to Calgary. My feedback is for you to take a closer look on your website backend to make sure that when a customer puts in the postal code on the website, it only shows products that I can purchased and shipped to the address provided. Thank you.”

“The Spring Coil mattress we have has been wonderful. My husband was recently hospitalized with severe back issues. While he was in the hospital I purchased this new firm, pillow-top mattress. It is very comfortable, supportive and has helped his back immensely. We've had it for a couple of months now and we love it. (The only reason it's not a 5-star is because the edge is not as firm as I thought when we sit on it.)”

“This was a very stress free and user friendly experience. I researched what mattress fit my needs and National Mattress had the best price. I placed my order and my mattress was dispatched on the day that that they said it would be. The delivery driver was thorough and took multiple photos of the delivery and called me to make sure that it was delivered properly. I would 100% shop here again and will be recommending to family and friends.”
