“The initial mattress we wanted was not in stock despite the website saying that it was available at the Markham location. The associate was able to help us locate another mattress and box spring so we purchased that one instead. He helped us load it onto our truck and the whole thing took less than half an hour. Thank you!”

“Great experience both in-store and online! The employees were genuinely helpful and informative, I never felt pressured to buy anything. I was able to to take my time testing the mattresses, went home to do some research, and decided to purchase one of their mattresses online after seeing they really did have the best combination of value for money, return policy, and delivery convenience. I was able to schedule the delivery to a time I would be home, and the whole process went smoothly. Very happy with everything!”

“Great service at the North York store. Yahad was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses and was kind to give me a quote. I bought the Springwall Chiropractic 14 inch Euro top firm mattress. So far, I've been happy with my purchase.”

“My reviews about your company. I am impressed with company policy and customer service by Henry. In store, customer service and personal help by the employees is amazing. So helpful and cool to satisfy me. Staff in Markham store Arnold, Ken and in Steeles store by Yaman who helped me till I was satisfied and purchased. I will definitely recommend your company for Mattresses to all my friends and families. Your change policy to satisfy a customer is worth buying from your company. Convey my message to the owners.”

“Delivery was prompt! The 2 men delivering the mattress were friendly and professional. I am not sure about the mattress I have chosen ..... I can't comment yet whether or not is triggering my back pain or it's the pain from moving !”
